The study investigates the role of administrative control in evaluating the performance of business organizations, applying to Assalaya Sugar Factory. The objective of the research is to detect the phenomenon in the field and to diagnose all the methods and types of control applied in the factory which contribute in evaluating performance in the factoryand detect errors and deviations within it. The search problem represented as following key question:
What is the role of administrative control in assessing the performance of business organizations?
The most important hypotheses of the research are: the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the pre- administrative control and the evaluation of the performance of the business organizations, the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the management control syndrome and the evaluation of the performance of the business organizations.
The research followed the descriptive and statistical method through the practices of Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) in the Computer that for analysis and testing the hypotheses about the random sample of size (70) workers from the research community of (100) workers.
The research attained many results, the most important of which is that administrative control in general has a major role in raising the level of evaluation of performance in business organizations, and monitoring is a dynamic process characterized by mobility, which attempts to evaluate performance at any time, it is important that administrative processes cannot be dispensed with Such as planning, organizing and guidance.The research had several recommendations, including the need to raise awareness about the importance of the supervisory work and its role in achieving the goals, and the main objective of reforming work so as to correct performance not to catch mistakes compatible with working conditions. |
