| dc.description | The main objective of the research is to identify the effect of using technology in time management and the expected contribution of the infrastructure , personal skills and the support of the top management in this respect. The research significance is the significance of the concept of time-management in lieu of using modern technology , let alone getting good results and recommendations to the beneficiaries , Faisal Islamic Bank accordingly. The research problem focused in answering the main question :when using technology does it affect time management process or not. As for the research hypothesis ,that has been tested ,there seems a statistically oriented relation between personal technological skills and time management at Faisal Islamic Bank; as well as with the infrastructure in implementation of technology and time management performance within the same bank. The researcher used the statistical descriptive method in data analysis and the deductive approach to extract problem and hypothesis. The research has reached several results such as : Using information technology is increasing administrative operations in the bank ,using technological means is enhancing the execution of clients demands. Though the research recommends several recommendations regarding the discard of certain time- wasting practices and there shall be strict control on the bank employees in terms of their good usage of their time independently .The research stressed on the importance of updating and developing the Information technology infrastructure sustainably to match with the nature of the activity at hand | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | هدف البحث للتعرف على دور استخدام التكنولوجيا في إدارة الوقت ومدى مساهمة البنية التحتية والمهارات الشخصية ودعم الإدارة العليا ببنك فيصل الإسلامي في توظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات في إدارة الوقت تمثلت أهمية البحث في أهمية علمية مفادها التعرف على مفهوم وأهمية استخدام التكنولوجيا في إدارة الوقت وأهمية عملية مفادها الوصول إلى نتائج وتوصيات تفيد الجهة المبحوثة بنك فيصل الإسلامي وجاءت مشكلة البحث في صيغة السؤال الرئيسي التالي : هل استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات يلعب دورا مهما في إدارة الوقت أما بناءاً على مشكلة البحث تم اختيار الفرضيات: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المهارات الشخصية لتطبيق التكنولوجيا وإدارة الوقت ببنك فيصل الإسلامي توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين البنية التحتية لتطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات وأداء إدارة الوقت ببنك فيصل الإسلامي. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي الإحصائي لتحليل البيانات والمنهج الاستنباطي لاستنباط المشكلة وتكوين الفرضيات. وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج أهما: يساهم توفر تكنولوجيا المعلومات في زيادة العمليات الإدارية بالبنك, يؤدي استخدام وسائل التكنولوجيا إلى سرعة انجاز طلبات العميل, أوصي البحث بعدة توصيات منها يجب الحد من الممارسات غير المرغوب فيها والتي تتسبب في ضياع الوقت, لا بد من وجود رقابة على العاملين من حيث إستغلالهم للوقت استقلالا جيدا, العمل على تحديث وتطوير البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات بشكل دائم ومستمر ويتناسب مع طبيعة العمل | en_US |
