The aim of this research is to identify the role of organizational conflict in the low productivity of the Nile Cement Company, (Rabak) in the period (2019), where the research problem was the main question: Does organizational conflict have a role in low productivity? Based on the research problem, the following hypotheses were tested: There is no statistically significant effect between conflict and changing roles and the employment of production elements and their exploitation in productivity at the Nile Cement Company, there is no statistically significant effect between the change in powers and the leadership of the productive system of productivity in the Nile Cement Company, there is no effect Statistical significance between overlap in work and specialization in the productive system of productivity at the Nile Cement Company. The research used the historical approach and the descriptive statistical approach to describe the phenomenon and its variables in addition to the deductive approach to test the hypotheses, and choose the statistical package for science Social SPSS data analysis. Where the comprehensive survey was chosen to collect research data from the community of (100) individuals and the research reached a number of results, the most prominent of which are: Change operations in the powers adopted by the Nile Cement Company (Rabak) contribute to developing production, and the research also reached a number of recommendations, including reducing Costs Increasing production, Nile Cement Company (Rabak), will accompany users ’vision of change plans. |
