Abstract:
تناول البحث دور الرقابة الإدارية في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية بمستشفى اليمامة التخصصي في الفترة (2019-2022م)، بهدف تقديم دراسة منهجية عن مفهوم، واهمية، واهداف، وعناصر، ومكونات، الرقابة الادارية ومدى مساهمتها في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية، تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في تساؤل رئيسي هو: ما دور الرقابة الادارية في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية؟، حيث افترضت الدارسة فرضية رئيسية مفادها وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الرقابة الإدارية وجودة الخدمات الصحية، تم استخدام المنهج الاحصائي التحليلي وتم تحليل البيانات بواسطة برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، تم اختيار عينه قصدية لعدد (50) مفردة من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم (92) فرداً، توصلت الدراسة الي عدد من النتائج منها اهتمام مستشفى اليمامة التخصصي برقابة المخزون العلاجي بمهنية عالية زادت طبيعة عمل المستشفى لجودة الرقابة علي جميع أنشطته الخدمية ويعتمد مستشفى اليمامة على قاعدة معلومات دقيقة لتوفير الأجهزة الحديثة والمتطورة كما تتميز التجهيزات والمعدات الاسعافية بالمستشفى بالجودة العالية، أوصت الدارسة بعدد من التوصيات منها العمل علي تعزيز مراجعة صلاحية الأدوية باستمرار وضرورة متابعة وتقيم المعدات الطبية بشكل مستمر والعمل على إبتكار وادارية وسائل رقابة مالية مناسبة وفعالة وتعظيم الاستفادة من مخرجات الرقابة الادارية لبرامج وانشطة المستشفى الموضوعة.

The research dealt with the role of administrative control in improving the quality of health services at Al Yamamah Specialized Hospital in the period (2019-2022 AD), with the aim of providing a systematic study on the concept, importance, objectives, elements, and components of administrative control and the extent of its contribution to improving the quality of health services. A main question is: What is the role of administrative control in improving the quality of health services? Where the study assumed a main hypothesis that there is a statistically significant relationship between administrative control and the quality of health services. The statistical analytical method was used and the data was analyzed by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program. A sample of (50) individuals was selected intentionally from the study population of (92) individuals. An accurate information base to provide modern and advanced equipment. The hospital’s ambulance equipment and supplies are of high quality. The study recommended a number of recommendations, including working to strengthen the garages. The validity of medicines constantly and the need to continuously monitor and evaluate medical equipment and work on creating and managing appropriate and effective financial control methods and maximizing the benefit from the outputs of administrative control of the hospital’s programs and activities set.
