This research deals with the impact of organizational climate on administrative creativity, a case study of Ibn Nafis Medical Clinic in Rabak City, and the aim of the research is to find the effect of the organizational climate on the administrative creativity of the workers, to clarify the level required of institutions to prepare their organizational climate, and to determine the relationship of the organizational climate with administrative creativity, and to identify the importance The relativity of each dimension of managerial creativity and the attempt to explain the relationship and influence between the organizational climate and the administrative creativity in the dispensary under study. On this problem, the research assumed a major hypothesis that there is a statistically significant relationship between organizational climate and managerial creativity. the study used The historical method for reviewing previous studies, the theoretical framework, the deductive approach to deriving hypotheses, and the analytical method using the SPSS statistical package to test hypotheses, An intentional sample of (50) was selected from the research community, individuals from the community of ( 62) individuals, all hypotheses were proven correct, The research found many results, the most prominent of which is that the geographic location of the dispensary is suitable for providing distinguished services, and the dispensary management seeks to create a suitable work environment that contributes to the creativity of the workers, and the level of technology used in the dispensary contributes to creativity, and the good treatment of the dispensary management of the workers made them show their creative opinions. With all frankness and clarity, and in light of the results, the study recommends many recommendations, including the necessity to provide environment and working conditions in the dispensary that are not encouraging to increase the creativity of the workers, and it is necessary to work away from the noise and movement of cars to contribute to creativity, and the need to motivate workers who provide creative ideas that contribute to goals And dispensary policies. |
