Abstract:
تناول البحث أثر هندسة العمليات الإدارية علي أداء منظمات الإعمال دراسة حالة شركة سكر كنانة المحدودة للعام 2022 م. حيث تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيسي التالي: ما أثر هندسة العمليات الإدارية علي أداء منظمات الأعمال؟ وتم اختبار عدد من الفرضيات ومنها : توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين هندسة العليات الإدارية وتقييم الأداء بالشركة – توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين هندسة العمليات الإدارية وبناء الهياكل التنظيمية بالشركة. وتمثلت أهداف البحث في: التعرف علي أسلوب هندسة العمليات الإدارية باعتبارها واحدة من الأساليب الحديثة المستخدمة من قبل منظمات الإعمال، وتنبع أهمية البحث في لفت النظر إلي استخدام هندسة العمليات الإدارية وتقويم أداء الشركة ورفع معدلات الأداء. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الإحصائي والاستقرائي لتكوين واختبار الفرضيات والتاريخي لمقارنة الدراسات السابقة إضافة لاستخدام الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). حيث تم اختيار عينة قصديه لعدد 70 فردا من العدد الكلي للبحث وذلك بنسبة 12 %، وتم التوصل إلي عدد من النتائج منها: إن قرارات الشركة واضحة ألان العاملين لا يساهمون في صنع القرارات بشكل كبير ولا تفوض لهم الصلاحيات، تستخدم الشركة معايير أداء عالمية مما يمكنها من استخدام مبدأ هندسة العمليات الإدارية، إضافة إلي عدد من التوصيات منها: يجب علي الشركة مواكبة التطور وإيجاد خطط إستراتيجية واستخدام أساليب أكثر حداثة، علي الشركة إشراك الموظفين في عملية اتخاذ وصنع القرارات الإدارية.

The study dealt with the impact of management in the business engineering of administration process organization. A case study of kenana sugar company limited for year 2022. The problem of study was to formulate the following main question: what is the impact of reengineering administration process to the performance of kenana sugar company? The study examined many hypotheses such as: they are an statistical relationship between management of administrative process and evolution of the company's performance - they are an statistical relationship between management of administrative process and the build organization structures in the company, the results of the help of the organization would be adopted the concept of manufacturing operations. The importance of research in the view of using the engineering of administrative process and evolution of the company's performance and raising performance rates, an inductive method to configure and test the hypotheses and the historical method to compare the study with previous study's. and used the SPSS program. Where choose a narcity sample for 70 a person of the total community by ratio 12 %. A number of results were reached :- the company's decisions are now clearly employed by the people of contribution to the decisions in order to make decisions. The company use global performance standards which can use the principles of engineering operations . In addition to a number of recommendations including:- the company must keep up with evolution and find the strategic plans and used more styles. The company involved staff in the process of taking and making administrative decisions.
