ABSTRACT
The research dealt with the impact of organizational culture on the performance of employees. Case study of Nile Cement Company (RBC), with the aim of identifying human performance and highlighting its importance and the extent of its relationship with the organizational culture in Nile Cement Company (RBC), and the definition of organizational culture and its basic types (strong organizational culture). Research in the acquisition of interest in organizational culture, which is considered one of the factors that motivate working individuals and encourage them to employ their creative abilities and skills to the best. However, some business organizations do not pay attention to the culture of workers, which results in weak employee loyalty to the organization. The research assumed the existence of a statistically significant relationship between Organizational culture and employee performance, the research used the historical approach and the descriptive statistical approach to describe the phenomenon and its variables in addition to the deductive method for testing hypotheses, and the selection of the SPSS statistical package in analyzing the data, where a simple random sample was chosen to collect research data of (60) individuals from the community of ( 228) individuals, all hypotheses were proven correct, and the research reached a number of results, most notably the workers' sense of responsibility in The performance of duties is part of the culture of the Nile Cement Company (Rabak), and the culture of cohesion prevails among the employees of the Nile Cement Company (Rabak), and the research also reached a number of recommendations, including working to make the moral commitment to the success of the business a prevailing culture in the Nile Cement Company (Rabak), and on Management of Nile Cement Company (RPC) Work to devise innovative methods to perform daily business.
