| dc.description | The objective of the research is to identify the role of information technology in making administrative decisions; a case study of the sugar company of Kanana in the period from 2012 to 2015. The problem of research was that the available technology of the company did not fit the real size in the administrative processes, especially in the administrative decision-making, and that is below the required level. Based on the research problem, the following curricula were used: The descriptive analytical approach The descriptive approach is adopted through The collection of information and data available and necessary to understand and explain the problem of research; the historical approach; the deductive inductive method using the statistical package for social sciences The research examined the following hypotheses: There is a statistically significant relationship between the sources of information and management decisions in the Kenana sugar company. There is a statistically significant relationship between data storage and management decision-making in the Kenana sugar company. There is a statistically significant relationship between the method of processing information and making administrative decisions With sugar company Kenana. The development of the company's studies based on field research and its use in rationalizing administrative decisions; developing the company's data storage base to increase its ability to retrieve the information used in administrative decision-making . | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | هدف البحث الي التعرف علي دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية؛ دراسة حالة شركة سكر كنانة في الفترة من 2012م – 2015م . ؛ حيث تمثلت مشكلة البحث في إن ما تم توفره من تكنولوجيا بالشركة لم يناسب الحجم الحقيقي في العمليات الإدارية وبالأخص في اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية ؛ وذلك دون المستوي المطلوب ؛ وبناء علي مشكلة البحث تم استخدام المناهج الدراسية التالية : المنهج الوصفي التحليلي يتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي من خلال جمع المعلومات والبيانات المتوفرة والضرورية لفهم وتفسير مشكلة البحث؛ المنهج التاريخي؛ المنهج الاستقرائي الاستنباطي وذلك باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss . واختبر البحث الفرضيات التالية : توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مصادر المعلومات و اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية بشركة سكر كنانة ؛ توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تخزين البيانات و اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية بشركة سكر كنانة ؛ توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أسلوب معالجة المعلومات و اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية بشركة سكر كنانة . و توصل الباحث الي عدة نتائج منها : تعتمد الشركة على البحوث الميدانية في اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية ؛ تساعد قاعدة تخزين البيانات الموجودة بالشركة على استرجاع المعلومات المستخدمة في اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية؛ استخدام برمجيات متطورة في معالجة المعلومات يساهم بشكل كبير في اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية بالشركة. وكما توصل الي عدة توصيات منها: التركيز على المعالجة الإلكترونية للبيانات والمعلومات لزيادة كفاءة اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية ؛ تطوير دراسات الشركة التي تعتمد على البحوث الميدانية والاستفادة منها في ترشيد القرارات الإدارية ؛ تطوير قاعدة تخزين البيانات الموجودة بالشركة لزيادة قدرتها على استرجاع المعلومات المستخدمة في اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية. | en_US |
