Abstract:

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر الأمن الصناعي على أداء العاملين ، دراسة حالة الشركة السودانية للتوليد الحراري (محطة كهرباء أمدباكر ولاية النيل الابيض – ربك) في الفترة من 2015م – 2016م ، حيث تمثلت مشكلة البحث في تساؤل رئيس عن أثر الأمن الصناعي في أداء العاملين بالشركة السودانية للإنتاج والتوليد الحراري للكهرباء؟ ، وتفرعت منه أسئلة فرعية من السؤال الرئيس منها ، ما أثر الأمن الصناعي في معدل دوران العمل في الشركة السودانية للتوليد الحراري للكهرباء ؟ هل توجد علاقة بين كفاءة الأمن الصناعي وإنتاجية العامل في الشركة السودانية للتوليد الحراري للكهرباء ؟ ، وبناءا على مشكلة البحث واختبار صحة الفروض تم استخدام المناهج الدراسة التالية ، المنهج التاريخي لسرد الدراسات السابقة المتصلة بموضوع البحث والمنهج الوصفي لتوصيف الظواهر المرتبطة بالدراسة والمنهج الاستنباطي إضافة إلى المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليل الإحصائي ، حيث تم اختيار عينة ميسرة لعدد (64) فرد من مجتمع البحث الكلي البالغ عدده (300) فرد ، وحيث اختبر البحث الفرضيات التالية ، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متطلبات الأمن الصناعي وأداء العاملين بالشركة السودانية للتوليد الحراري للكهرباء ، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تنمية الوعي بالأمن الصناعي واداء العاملين بالشركة السودانية للتوليد الحراري للكهرباء ، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين توفير معدات الأمن الصناعي وأداء العاملين بالشركة السودانية للتوليد الحراري للكهرباء . يستمد البحث أهميته من عدة اعتبارات منها ،الإهتمام المتعاظم بصناعة الكهرباء في السودان والحوجة الماسة للكهرباء في تحريك الأنشطة الاقتصادية والحيوية، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل البحث إليها، تعمل الشركة على توفير بيئة عمل آمنة للأمن الصناعي بدرجة متوسطة ، تعمل الشركة على توفير الأسعافات الأولية والمساعدة الطبية بداخلها ، تهتم الشركة بتهيئة بيئة العمل النفسية والإجتماعية . ومن أهم التوصيات التي توصل البحث إليها، الاهتمام بتوفير بيئة عمل آمنة للأمن الصناعي ، الاهتمام بتوفير الأسعافات الأولية والمساعدة الطبية ، التركيز على تهيئة بيئة العمل النفسية والإجتماعية. وأخيرا اختتم البحث بمقترح لدراسات مستقبلية وذلك لسد الفجوة التي لم تغطيها الدراسات السابقة والبحث الحالي .

Description:

The research aimed to recognize the industrial security impact on employees performance , case study Sudanese heat generating electricity company ( Om Dabaker Electricity station White Nile State – Rabak) in the period between 2015-2016 . The research problem was presented in a main question about the industrial security impact on Sudanese electricity heat production company , subsided from the main question some questions from them , what is the impact of industrial security on labor rate in Sudanese heating electricity company , is there a relation between industrial security efficiency and worker productivity on Sudanese heat generating electricity company . According to the research problem and hypotheses test the following methods has been used , the historical method for previous studies that related to research subject , the descriptive method to describe the phenomena related to research subject , addition to deductive , inductive and statistic analysis . A sample of (60) individual has been selected from the total research community (300) individual , the research tested the following hypotheses , there is a statistical relation between industrial security requirements and employees performance at Sudanese heat generating electricity company , there is a statistical relation between developing awareness about industrial security and employees performance at Sudanese heat generating electricity company , there is a statistical relation between providing industrial security equipments and employees performance at Sudanese heat generating electricity company. The research takes it's important from many consideration from them , the greater attention of electricity industry in Sudan and the critical need for electricity to activate economic and vital activities . The research most important findings consist of , the company provides a safe work environment with medium grade industrial security level , the company provides first aid kit and medical assistance , the company care about psychological and social working environment .The research most important recommendations consist of , giving more attention to provide a safe working environment for industrial security , giving more attention to provide first aid kit and medical assistance , concentrate on providing a healthy psychological and social working environment . Lastly the research concluded with a future studies proposal to fill the gap that pervious studies and this research have not covered it .
