Abstract:
هدفت هذه الدراسة لتقصي دور الريادة الإستراتيجية فى أداء المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دراسة حالة مشروعات الخريج المنتج بمدينة كوستى (2019) حيث تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في إستكشاف دور الريادة الاستراتيجية فى آداء المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، اختبرت الدراسة الفرضيات التالية: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإبتكار وأداء مشروعات الخريج المنتج، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاستجابة للمتغيرات فى البيئة الداخلية والخارجية وأداء مشروعات الخريج المنتج، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تبنى الأفكار الابداعية وأداء مشروعات الخريج المنتج، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تحمل المخاطر وأداء مشروعات الخريج المنتج، وبناءاً على مشكلة الدراسة والفرضيات الموضوعة تم استخدم المنهج التاريخي لإستعراض الدراسات السابقة، والمنهج الإستباطي لإستنباط الفروض، والمنهج الإحصائي الوصفي وإستخدام الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) تم اختيار عينة ميسرة لعدد (60) فرداً من العدد الكلي لمجتمع البحث والبالغ (254) فرداً، توصلت الدراسة الى نتائج عديدة منها تعتمد جل المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على وسائط التواصل الإجتماعى كمنفذ للمبيعات، وتعمل المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على تطوير المنتجات بصورة ابداعية مبتكرة بإدخال تحسينات منتظمة فى منتجاتها، وكما أوصت الدراسة بمقترحات منها يجب على اصحاب مشروعات الخريج المنتج دراسة احتياجات السوق المحلية وتلبيتها، كنقطة إنطلاق نحو العالمية، على اصحاب مشروعات الخريج الإستفادة من الاستشارات الفنية والاقتصادية لتطوير الاداء.

This study aimed to investigate the role of strategic leadership in the performance of small and medium enterprises, a case study of the graduate projects produced in Kosti (2019), where the problem of the study was to explore the role of strategic leadership in the performance of small and medium enterprises. The study tested the following hypotheses: There is a statistically significant relationship between innovation and performance Graduate product projects, there is a statistically significant relationship between the response to changes in the internal and external environment and the performance of graduate product projects, there is a statistically significant relationship between the adoption of creative ideas and the performance of graduate product projects, there is a statistically significant relationship between risk tolerance and the performance of graduate product projects, and based on The problem of the study and the hypotheses established The historical approach was used to review previous studies, the deductive approach to elicit hypotheses, the descriptive statistical approach and the use of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) An easy sample was selected for (60) individuals out of the total number of the research community of (254) individuals, the study found To many results, most of the small and medium enterprises depend on social media As a sales outlet, small and medium-sized enterprises work on developing products in a creative and innovative way by making regular improvements in their products, and as the study recommended with proposals from them, the owners of the graduate-produced projects should study the needs of the local market and meet them, as a starting point towards globalization, the owners of graduate projects should benefit from technical advice and economic performance development.
