| dc.description | The Objective of this research is to identify the Role of Risk Management in improving the performance of Business Organizations, Case Study Kenana Sugar Company Ltd for the year 2018, The problem of the research was came in the form of the main question why that the performance of Kenana Sugar Company has decreased?. Based on this Problem The study used the descriptive analytical method and the statistical analytical method using SPSS program to analyze the data and reach the results from a soft sample of (70) members of the research community numbering (500) individuals by (14%). The reached a number of results, including that the risk management plays a major role in reducing the costs associated with operations by exploiting available resources ,The company is also concerned the social stability for my employee, The company has effective measurement indicators that have contributed to continuous guidance and correction , the company has the ability to detect risks early, and the company is concerned with training for all employees but not as required, The company has largely succeeded in minimizing operational risk and also interests in securing its activities through insurance companies, the expansion of communications and infrastructure has given the company the ability to improve performance and production. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | هدف البحث الى التعرف على دور إدارة المخاطر فى تحسين أداء منظمات الأعمال دراسة حالة شركة سكر كنانة المحدودة للعام 2018م، وتمثلت مشكلة البحث فى ملاحظة الدارس أن أداء شركة سكر كنانة المحدودة قد تدنى نظراً للمخاطر المتعددة التى واجهتها وجاءت المشكلة فى صيغة سؤال رئيسى هل تلعب إدارة المخاطر دوراً فى أداء منظمات الأعمال من خلال ما تقدمه من بيانات ومعلومات فى دفع الأداء بشركة سكر كنانة المحدودة ؟. وبناءاً على هذه المشكلة إستخدم الدراس المنهج الوصفى التحليلى، والمنهج الإحصائي التحليلى بإستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية (SPSS ) لتحليل البيانات والتوصل الي نتائج إضافة لإستخدام الإستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات الأولية حيث تم إختيار عينة ميسرة بلغت عدد (70) فرداً مجتمع البحث البالغ عددهم (500) فرداً وذلك بنسبة 14%. توصل البحث الى مجموعة من النتائج منها أن إدارة المخاطر تلعب دوراً كبيراً فى تقليل التكاليف المصاحبة للعمليات بلإستغلالها للموارد المتاحة كما أن الشركة تهتم بتوظيف الكفاءات والمؤهلات العلمية المختلفة بجميع التخصصات الأكاديمية، وتمتلك الشركة مؤشرات قياس فعالة ساهمت فى التوجيه والتصحيح المستمر فلدى الشركة القدرة على كشف المخاطر بصورة مبكرة، وتهتم الشركة بالتدريب لجميع العاملين ولكن ليس بالصورة المطلوبة، وتعمل الإدارة على تجنب المعوقات التى تصاحب تنفيذ الجدول الزمنى المحدد للأعمال مسبقاً، وقد نجحت الشركة لحد كبير فى تقليل المخاطر فى العمليات، كما تهتم الشركة بتأمين أنشطتها عبر شركات التأمين، أكسب التوسع فى الإتصالات والبنية التحتية الشركة المقدرة على تحسين الأداء والإنتاج. | en_US |
