| dc.description | The research dealt with the impact of work stress on achieving production efficiency. A case study of the Sur Garment Factory in Kosti for the year 2018. Where the research problem was in the form of the following main question: Does work pressure affect production efficiency? The aim of this is to provide a systematic study that measures the true size of attention to work pressures and the extent of their impact on production efficiency in general and on the Sur Garment Factory in particular. The research assumed several hypotheses, including: There is a statistically significant relationship between the spirit of cooperation and achieving productive efficiency in the Sur Garment Factory in Kosti. There is a statistically significant relationship between creating the work environment and achieving productive efficiency at Sour Garment Factory in Kosti. There is a statistically significant relationship between job satisfaction and achieving productive efficiency at Sour Garment Factory in Kosti. The descriptive, historical and inductive descriptive approach was used and the data was processed using the Statistical Package for Social Science for the Statistical Package for Social Science. The research reached a number of results, including the factory management instilling a spirit of cooperation between workers in an effort to reduce work pressure and increase productivity. The management of the Sur Garments Factory is a process of organizing time during shifts, paying particular attention to commensurate with the workers' social estimates. The research recommended several recommendations, including increasing the encouragement of work with the principle of one team to enhance the spirit of understanding among workers, and attention to providing more Social services that satisfy the needs and desires of the workers. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | تناول البحث أثر ضغوط العمل على الكفاءة الإنتاجية دراسة حالة مصنع سور للملبوسات بكوستى للعام 2019 ، حيث تمثلت مشكلة البحث في دراسة وتقييم أثر ضغوط العمل على الكفاءة الانتاجية، وهدف ذلك لتقديم دراسة منهجية تقيس الحجم الحقيقي للاهتمام بضغوط العمل ومدى تأثيرها على الكفاءة الأنتاجية بشكل عام وعلى مصنع سور للملبوسات على وجه الخصوص، إفترضت البحث عدة فرضيات منها: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين ضغوط العمل وتحقيق الكفاءة الإنتاجية بمصنع سور للملبوسات بكوستي ، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الاحصائي والتاريخي والاستقرائي وتم معالجة البيانات بإستخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، توصلت البحث الى عدد من النتائج منها تقوم إدارة المصنع بغرس روح التعاون بين العاملين سعياً لتخفيف ضغوط العمل وزيادة الإنتاجية، تولى إدارة مصنع سور للملبوسات عملية تنظيم الوقت خلال الورديات إهتماماً خاصاً ليتناسب مع تقديرات العاملين الاجتماعية، أوصى البحث بعدة توصيات من بينها زيادة تشجيع العمل بمبدأ الفريق الواحد لتعزيز روح التفاهم بين العاملين، والاهتمام بتوفير المزيد من الخدمات الاجتماعية التى تشبع حاجات ورغبات العاملين. | en_US |
