Abstract:
تناول البحث أثر تأمين وحماية المنشآت على الكفاءة الإنتاجية ، دراسة حالة شركة سكر كنانة للعام 2017م ، وهدف البحث إلى التعرف على مفهوم وأهمية وأهداف تأمين وحماية المنشآت على الكفاءة الإنتاجية ، وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في صورة سؤال رئيسي عن أثر إدارة تأمين وحماية المنشآت على الكفاءة الإنتاجية بشركة سكر كنانة المحدودة ؟، واختبر البحث ثلاثة فرضيات : الفرضية الأولى توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة تأمين وحماية المنشآت والعوامل الفنية المؤثرة على الكفاءة الإنتاجية بشركة سكر كنانة المحدودة ، الفرضية الثانية توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة تأمين وحماية المنشآت والعوامل البشرية المؤثرة على الكفاءة الإنتاجية بشركة سكر كنانة المحدودة ، الفرضية الثالثة توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين توافر الموارد البشرية والمادية والفنية لإدارة تأمين وحماية المنشآت و الكفاءة الإنتاجية بشركة سكر كنانة المحدودة، وبناءا على مشكلة البحث والفرضيات الموضوعة تم استخدام المناهج الدراسية التالية :المنهج التاريخي لسرد الدراسات السابقة وتتابع تسلسلها والمنهج الوصفي لوصف الظاهرة ومتغيراتها . وتم اختيار عينة لعدد (50) فردا من مجتمع البحث البالغ عددهم (250) فردا .
توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج منها: وجود علاقة وسط بي إدارة تأمين وحماية المنشأة و الترتيب الداخلي للمعدات وللآلات، وجود علاقة دالة بين إدارة تأمين وحماية المنشآت و المستوى التكنولوجي. وكما توصل البحث إلى عدة توصيات منها : الاهتمام بالناحية الأمنية عند القيام بالترتيب الداخلي للمعدات وللآلات ، ومراعاة إدارة تأمين وحماية المنشآت عن اختيار المستوى التكنولوجي.

The research discussed the impact of securing facilities on productivity efficiency , case study Kenana Sugar company for the year 2017 . The research aimed to recognize the concept , importance and goals of securing and protecting facilities on productivity efficiency .The research problem presented in a main question about impact of organizations protection on production efficiency in Kenana Sugar Company . The research tested three hypotheses , first hypotheses there is a statistical relation between securing facilities and technical factors which effects production efficiency in Kenana Sugar Company , second hypotheses there is a statistical relation between securing facilities and human factors which effects production efficiency in Kenana Sugar Company , third hypotheses there is a statistical relation between providing human , material and technical supplies for managing security and protection of facilities and productivity efficiency in Kenana Sugar Company.
Based on the research problem and hypotheses the following methods were used : historical method for previous studies that related to research subject the descriptive analytical method to describe the phenomena and it's variables . A sample of (50) individuals were selected from the research community (250) individuals .
The research found many findings from them , there is a medium relation between organization protection and security and internal order for equipments and machines , there is a statistical relation between securing and protecting organization management and technological level , The research recommendations consist of , giving more attention to security while ordering equipments and machines , giving more attention to securing and protecting organizations while selecting technolo
