Abstract:
تناول البحث دور إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة فى الكفاءة الإنتاجية ، هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مفاهيم إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة والتعرف على الكفاءة الإنتاجية ومحدداتها وطرق قياسها وكذلك معرفة الدور الإيجابي الذي يمكن إن تلعبه الآلات والمعدات ورأس المال والحوافز المادية والمعنوية في الكفاءة الإنتاجية ، تمثلت أهمية البحث في تحسين العوامل الإدارية ، الفنية ، والإنسانية والمساهمة في نشر ثقافة إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة ودورها في الكفاءة الإنتاجية لزيادة الإنتاج والإنتاجية وأن يكون إضافة نوعية للمكتبة السودانية ولمكتبة جامعة الإمام المهدي بصفه خاصة لطلاب العلم والمعرفة ، قام البحث على فرضية رئيسية واحدة وهى توجد علاقة ذات دلاله إحصائية بين دور إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة في الكفاءة الإنتاجية وتتفرع منها الفرضيات الفرعية المتمثلة في : توجد علاقة ذات دلاله إحصائية بين توفر الآلات والمعدات والكفاءة الإنتاجية لجمعية شباب العباسية ، توجد علاقة ذات دلاله إحصائية بين توفير رأس المال والكفاءة الإنتاجية لجمعية شباب العباسية وتوجد علاقة ذات دلاله إحصائية بين الحوافز المادية والمعنوية والكفاءة الإنتاجية لجمعية شباب العباسية . اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي من خلال الإطار النظري والمنهج ألتأريخي من خلال الدراسات السابقة وكذلك الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية في تحليل البيانات ، وتوجد علاقة ذات دلاله إحصائية بين الحوافز المادية والمعنوية والكفاءة الإنتاجية لجمعية شباب العباسية .أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث : أن العاملين في المشروعات الصغيرة من فئة الشباب وطبيعة العمل في هذه المشروعات الصغيرة لا تتطلب مؤهلات علمية عليا لأداء مهام الوظيفة وأن النسبة الأكبر من أفراد عينة البحث متزوجون وهذا يدل على الاستقرار الاجتماعي الذي يتمتع به العاملون واغلب أفراد عينة البحث لم يتلقوا تدريباً كافياً في مجال مشروعاتهم .
أهم توصيات البحث : يجب الاهتمام بكافة العوامل التي تؤثر على الكفاءة الإنتاجية وهى عوامل فنية ، عوامل إدارية وتنظيمية مرتبطة بالعامل الإنساني ، تطوير الآلات والمعدات المستخدمة وتوفير رأس المال في الوقت المناسب والتدريب على نظام الإدارة الحديثة والمعاصرة لإدارة المشروعات الصغيرة .

The research tackled the role of the management of small projects in productive efficiency. The aim of the research was to identify the concepts of managing small projects and to identify production efficiency, its determinants and methods of measurement, as well as the positive role played by machinery, equipment, capital, and material and moral incentives in production efficiency. The importance of the research in improving the administrative . technical and humanitarian factors .and contributing to the dissemination of the culture of management of small projects and their role in the productive efficiency of production and productivity . as well as to add quality to Sudanese library and the library of imam mahdi university the research has one main hypothesis. There is a statistically significant relationship between the role of small project management There is a relationship of statistical significance between the availability of machines and equipment and the productive efficiency of the Abassia Youth Society. There is a relationship that is statistically significant between the provision of capital and productive efficiency of the Abassia Youth Society. There is a statistically significant relationship between material, moral and efficiency incentives Through the theoretical framework and the historical approach through previous studies as well as the statistical packages of social sciences in the analysis of data,. Productivity of the Abbasid Youth Association.
The main findings of the research are that the employees of the small enterprises of the youth group and the nature of work in these small projects do not require higher scientific qualifications to perform the functions of the job. The majority of the sample members are married. This indicates the social stability enjoyed by the workers. The research did not receive sufficient training in their projects. The most important recommendations of the research: attention must be paid to all the factors affecting production efficiency. These are technical factors, administrative and organizational factors related to the human factor, the development of machines and equipment used, the timely provision of capital and training in modern and modern management system for small projects.
