| dc.description | The study aims at highlighting the importance of management information technology in the decision-making process, identifying its use in banks and increasing the awareness of administrators about the importance of information technology and showing its impact on the organizational and administrative level. The Central Bank and commercial banks keep pace with technology, but they are not reflected in the required image on the reality of banking administrative work in Sudan, and did not benefit from them in a way that enables the construction of an integrated technical banking sector, the importance of the study is how to apply Administrative studies and electronic developments on banking services and know their effects on the liberalization of banking services and capital movement on the Sudanese banking sector, the study assumed a statistically significant relationship between the processing of administrative data and the development of banking services. Statistically significant between the decision support systems and the development of banking services, the descriptive analytical approach was applied to the data collected through the statistical packages program for social sciences. | dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة الى إبراز اهمية تقنيات المعلومات الادارية في عملية اتخاذ القرار, والتعرف علي استخدامتها في البنوك وزيادة وعي الاداريين بأهمية تقنية المعلومات وبيان اثرها علي المستوي التنظيمي والاداري، تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة فى ضعف المصارف علي مواكبة التطورات العالمية في مجال تقنية المعلومات الادارية, رغم محاولات البنك المركزي والمصارف التجارية مواكبة التقنية الا انها لم تنعكس بالصورة المطلوبة علي واقع العمل الاداري المصرفي في السودان، ولم يستفاد منها بالشكل الذي يمكن من بناء قطاع مصرفي تقني متكامل، تتمثل أهمية الدراسة في كيفية تطبيق تقنية المعلومات الإدارية والتطورات الالكترونية علي الخدمات المصرفية ومعرفة أثارها علي تحرير الخدمات المصرفية وحركة رؤوس الأموال علي القطاع المصرفي السوداني، إفترضت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلاله إحصائية بين معالجة البيانات الإدارية وتطوير الخدمات المصرفية، وتوجد علاقة ذات دلاله إحصائية بين المكننة الإدارية وتطوير الخدمات المصرفية, توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نظم دعم القرار وتطوير الخدمات المصرفية، تم تطبيق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي علي البيانات المجمعة من خلال برنامج الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية، توصلت الدراسة الي عدد من النتائج اهمها: قبول جميع فرضيات الدراسة بناء علي نتائج الدراسة الميانية، العمل علي تحديث الخدمات المصرفية يخلق أنواعاً جديدة بمسايرة التقدم التكنولوجي والمنافسة لإشباع رغبات الزبائن وتطلعاتهم، وتقنية المعلومات الإدارية لها أثر كبير في زياد قدرة المصرف علي أستقطاب العملاء وتحقيق أفضل العوائد، اختتمت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات اهمها الإهتمام بنظم دعم القرار بتوفير الاحتياجات المعلوماتية في كافة المستويات الإدارية، ورفع القدرات الابتكارية عبر استخدام المكننة الإدارية بالشكل الصحيح. | en_US |
