Abstract:
جاءت هذه الورقة تحت عنوان: (آليات حماية البيئة في التشريع السوداني والمعاهدات الدولية) "دراسة مقارنة" وقد ناقشت أمراً مهماً ساهم فيه المشرعون المحليون والدوليون بصورة واضحة, من خلال سن التشريعات الوطنية والدولية, وتصميم المعاهدات درءً للمخاطر جراء الحروب والنزاعات, ولكن في تقديرنا لم تطال تلك الدراسات المنظور الإسلامي للبيئة، وعنايته والمحافظة عليها.
Description:
This paper is entitled “Mechanism of Environment Protection in Sudanese Legislation and International Treaties”. It is a comparative study. It discusses clearly an important subject to which the local and international legislations have contributed through enactment of national and international and preparation of treaties to avert risks which result from war and legislation. But the researcher has noticed that the studies have not included Islamic perspective on the environment, taking care of it and preserving it.
