dc.description.abstract	ىدفت ىذه الورقة لمتعرف عمى مدى إستخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن من خلال أبعاد (العملاء، العمميات الداخمية والتعمم والنمو) عمى الأداء التنظيمى فى البنوك التجارية بالتركيز عمى البنك السعودى السودانى بمدينة كوستى. توصمت الورقة إلى العديد من النتائج (الإستنتاجات) من ضمنيا أن البنك يطبق أبعاد بطاقة الأداء المتوازن بدرجات متفاوتة أعلاىا بعد العملاء وأدناىا بعد التعمم والنمو من حيث تقديم الخدمات المصرفية لمعملاء، كما يعمل البنك عمى تطوير علاقاتو مع العملاء الحاليين والمرتقبين. أوصى الباحثان عمى الإىتمام بإخضاع كل الموظفين العاممين بالبنك إلى دورات تدريبية متخصصة بغرض التعمم والنمو وتطوير الأداء التنظيمى لمبنك لتحقيق طموحات وتطمعات العملاء	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	This paper aimed at recognizing the range of usage of Balance Scored Card (BSC) on the organizational performance of Commercial Banks (CB), case study of the Saudi Sudanese Bank in Kosti town. The paper concluded to many findings such as; the bank has applied the dimensions of the BSC on various grades, the highest of them is the clients' dimension, whilst the lesser one is the growth & learning dimension for presenting banking services to the clients, also the bank has good relationship with the existing & potential clients, the researchers have recommended specialized training courses for all staff to improve their learning & growth for executing bank's activities effectively and properly, for ascertaining clients wishes & ambitions	en_US
