| dc.description | This study aimed to highlight the significant role played by Sheikh Sabah Al-Salem for the development of Kuwait relations with the West and Iran. The study followed the historical, analytical and descriptive method, and has come to several conclusions. The most important of them is the adapting of the principle of neutrality and peace with the West and Iran to save the region from the future risks.
