Abstract:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الكبير الذي لعبه الشيخ صباح السالم لتطوير العلاقات الكويتية مع الغرب وإيران. اتبعت الدراسـة المنهج التاريخي والتحليلي والوصفي .
توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها إتباع مبدأ الحياد والسلم مع الغرب و إيران لتجنيب المنطقة الأخطار المستقبلية. توصي الدراسة الساسة العرب بالاستفادة من سياسته المعتدلة تجاه العالم الخارجي .

This study aimed to highlight the significant role played by Sheikh Sabah Al-Salem for the development of Kuwait relations with the West and Iran. The study followed the historical, analytical and descriptive method, and has come to several conclusions. The most important of them is the adapting of the principle of neutrality and peace with the West and Iran to save the region from the future risks. The study recommended Arab politicians to take advantage of his moderate policy toward the outside world
