Abstract:
Many commercial processes are available for the removal of ammonia (NH3) from gaseous streams. The presence of NH3 in refinery flue gas caused dangerous effect on the environment. Hence, NH3 was removed from the refinery sour gas, and the relievable mechanism of mass transfer with chemical reactions in a sieve tray column have to be studied. In this study, the chemical absorption of ammonia into aqueous hydrochloric acid solution (HCl) has been studied, and design calculations for sieve tray column have been done and the effective operation parameters on this process have been investigated.
This study assumed steady state and isothermal conditions and sieve tray column operated counter-currently. In the system studied the refinery sour gas flow rate was, 2.401ton/h, liquid flow rate was 10000 cm3/s, pressure P is 1atm, temperature 30oC and the concentration of HCl in inlet absorbent was 0.002 mol/cm3 , and ammonia in a sour gas of 49.59%mol.

هناك العديد من العمليات لأزاله الأمونيا (NH3) من تيارات الغاز. وجود الأمونيا في الغازات العادمة له اثر خطير على البيئة. التالي ، لذلك يجب تنقية الغازات العادمة من الأمونيا وكان لابد من دراسة ظاهرة انتقال المادة المصحوب بتفاعل كيميائي للأمونيا في المحلول المائي لحامض الهيدروكلوريك (HCl) الذي يحدث في برج امتصاص مستخدمين صواني المناخل ، حيث تم تصميم برج الامتصاص وتم التحقق من محددات التشغيل الفعالة لهذه العملية .
افترض في هذه الدراسة ان العملية تتم عند ظروف مستقرة وثبات الحرارة في برج صواني المناخل. النظام الذي تم دراستة معدل تدفق الغازات العادمة 2.401ton/h , معدل تدفق المزيب السائل 10000 cm3/s , الضغط 1atm , درجة الحرارة 30oC , وتركيز المذيب لكبريتات الحديديك 0.002 mol/cm3 والكسر المولي للامونيا في الغاز العادم 49.59%mol. في هذه الدراسة تم مناقشة خطوات تصميم برج صواني المناخل ؛ وكان نتائج التصميم قطر البرج0.7 m ، طول البرج 9.4 m وعدد الصواني 16 صينية.
