Abstract:
تعتبر الصناعات البتروكيميائيه من اهم الصناعات في العصر الحديث حيث يتم تصنيع المركبات الاكثر تعقيدا مثل البولي ايثلين.
البولي ايثلين من المواد الصلبه عديمة الرائحه وشفافه غالبا في صورة كريات صغيره ويضاف اليها مجموعه من الاضافات للحصول علي خواص معينه .
يهدف هذا البحث لانتاج البولي ايثلين والذي يستخدم في كثير من الصناعات كما تم استخدام برنامج المحاكاه Aspen plus)) لدراسة موازنة الماده في حساب كمية المواد المستخدمه وقد تحصلنا علي النتائج ادناه:

كما تناول البحث تاريخ البولي ايثلين وانواعه وخصائصه ومزاياه وعيوبه وتفاعلاته والتقنيات التي تستخدم لانتاجه .
ويشتمل ايضا علي البوليمرات وتطورها وانواعها والاهميه اليوميه والاستخدامات الضروريه.
Description:
Petrochemical industries consider one of the most important industries in Pliocene which the most complex compound are manufactured such as polyethylene.
Polyethylene is non-dour, transparent solid material and often its spherules and a lot of additions added to meet special characteristics.
This searched aimed to produce polyethylene which it uses in a lot of industries, also the simulation program (aspen plus) is used to study material balance in calculation the amount of material used and we obtained the following results:
Average molecular weight = 18175 g/mol
Degree of polymerization = 648 mer/mole
Total conversion reactors = 91.81%
And the effect of hexane and hydrogen on the product and conversion for polyethylene is shored.
In addition to history,types,characterstic ,disadvantages, advantages, reactions and techniques which are used for production of polyethylene are include the types, development , importance and uses of polymers.
