Abstract:
تناولت الدراسة إعادة استخدام البخار المستنذف المستخدم في منطقة تسخين الوقود في الدورة البخارية ، دراسة تطبيقية على محطة أم دباكر الحرارية. الهدف الرئيسي من الدراسة هو تقليل تكاليف إنتاج الطاقة الحرارية عن طريق تقليل تصريف البخار المستنذف المستخدم في تسخين منطقة الوقود في محطة أم دباكر الحرارية وإعادة استخدامه. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تصميم مكثف في منطقة تسخين الوقود لتكثيف البخار المستنفذ المستخدم في تسخين الوقود وإعادة الماء المكثف إلى الدورة البخار وتزويد المكثف بخط ناقل للمياه زائد مضخة. تم حساب الجدوى الاقتصادية للمشروع. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المشروع مجدي اقتصادياً؛ حيث يقلل تكاليف انتاج الماء المعالج ويوفر 18.24% من تكاليف معالجة المياه، ويقلل تكاليف تصريف البخار المستنفذ بالاضافة الى استقرارية المحطة التشغيليه بزيادة مخزونها من الماء المعالج، وبناءً على هذه النتائج، أوصت الدراسة ب التركيز بشكل أكبر على البخار المستنذف المستخدم في مناطق تسخين الوقود وإعادة استخدامه في الدورة البخارية لمحطات الطاقة الحرارية والمؤسسات المماثلة لتعظيم الفوائد وتقليل تكاليف توليد بخار الماء.

The study dealt with the reuse of the exhausted bleed steam used in the fuel heating area in the steam cycle, an applied study in Umm Dabakir thermal station.
The main objective of the study is to reduce the costs of thermal energy production by reducing the costs of exhausting bleed steam used in heating the fuel area in Um Dabakir thermal station and reusing it in the steam cycle. The study followed analytical methods.
To achieve the objectives of the study, a condenser is designed in the fuel heating zone to condense the bleed steam used in fuel heating and return the condensed water to the steam cycle. The condenser is equipped with a water transmission line plus a pump. The economic feasibility of the project has been calculated.
The results of the study showed that the project is economically feasible; It reduces demin water production costs and saves 18.24% of water treatment costs. It reduces the costs of draining bleed steam, in addition to the stability of the operation station by increasing its stock of treated water.
Based on these results, the study recommended: a greater focus on bleed steam used in fuel heating areas and reuse it into the steam cycle of thermal power plants and similar enterprises to maximize the benefits and reduce the costs of steam water generation.
