Abstract:

يهدف هذا البحث إلي دراسة واقع المكتبات المتخصصة بولاية النيل الابيض والتعرف علي المجموعات الموجودة بتلك المكتبات والاجراءت الفنية الخاصة بها والسعي نحو معرفة القوي البشرية المؤهلة ونوع المستفيدين منها ومعرفة دواعي استخدام المستفيدين لتلك المكتبات والتعرف علي الخدمات المعلوماتية التي تقدمها. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بشقيه المسحي ودراسة الحالة ؛كما استعانت بالمنهج الوثائقي التاريخي للوقوف علي المصادر المكتوبة في هذا المجال كذلك استخدمت الباحثة الاسلوب الإحصائي الوصفي في تحليل بيانات الدراسة المسحية . يقسم البحث الي خمسة فصول ، الفصل الأول يحتوي على مقدمة البحث وإجراءاته ، الفصل الثاني يشمل الإطار النظري ، الفصل الثالث واقع المكتبات المتخصصة بولاية النيل الأبيض ، الفصل الرابع الدراسة الميدانية ، أما الفصل الخامس والأخير يشمل الخاتمة وتحتوي على النتائج والتوصيات والمقترحات ، ويزيل البحث بقائمة المصادر والمراجع والملاحق . من أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الباحثة أن معظم الذين يرتادون المكتبات المتخصصة (عينة الدراسة) من الذكور ، اتضح أن أغلبية المستفيدين من المكتبات المتخصصة هم حملة الشهادة السودانية ، أهم مصادر المعلومات المستخدمة فى المكتبات المتخصصة هى الكتب الالكترونية ، معظم الفئات المبحوثة تستخدم المكتبات المتخصصة من أجل إعداد البحث والمشاركة فى المؤتمرات ، عدم وجود ميزانية منفصلة في جميع مكتبات العينة ، عدم إهتمام المكتبات المتخصصة بسياسة التزويد المناسبة ، غياب الخدمات الحديثة فى أغلبية مكتبات العينة كخدمة الإحاطة الجارية والبث الانتقالي للمعلومات . ومن أهم التوصيات التي خرج بها البحث : 1/ ضرورة توفير ميزانية ثابتة ومنفصلة لهذه المكتبات . 2/ الاهتمام بتطبيق التقنية فى كل العمليات الفنية التى تتم بالمكتبات المتخصصة (عينة الدراسة). 3/ الاهتمام بتدريب وتأهيل العاملين بالمكتبات المتخصصة بولاية النيل الأبيض وتوفير الأجهزة والمعدات الحديثة.

Description:

This research aims to study the reality of the specialized library in the White Nile State and to indentify the groups which are found there and its technical measures. The study also aims to show the qualified human force, the type of the beneficial and why they deal with these libraries in addition to understand the data service which it offers to them. The researcher used the descriptive method (case study and survey (. Also documental (historical) method is used to know the written sources in this field. The researcher used the statistical descriptive style to analyze the data. The research is divided into five chapters: 1- The introduction 2- Literature review 3- The reality of the specialized libraries 4- Field study 5- Inclusion results, recommendations, and suggestions. Finally references, sources and appendixes. Results: Most of those who come to specialized libraries are male. It is clear that most the beneficial are the holder of Sudanese certificate. The most important sources of data, which are used in the specialized libraries, are electronic books. Most of the delegated used the specialized libraries to conduct the research and to participate in conferences lack of separate budget in all these types of libraries. Specialized libraries do not oblige with the policy of providing or equipping to enable them to bring the sources that meet the emends of the beneficial. Lack of the modern servicer in the majority of the pattern libraries and transmission of data. The most recommendations are: - A fixed separate budget is very important for these libraries. - To concern with the application of technology in all technical process which are carried out in the libraries. - To concern with training and qualification of the employees at the specialized libraries and supplying with the equipments and modern technical systems.
