This research came under the title of risk in the insurance contract and methods of defining it, with the aim of explaining the main principles governing the relationship between risk and insurance and its parties and laying out general lines for an effective insurance strategy within the framework of the concept and philosophy of risk management. The research problem crystallizes in answering the main question, how does insurance address the risks exposed to.
