dc.description	The research aimed to find out the relationship between personality integrity and the level of ambition of high school students in South Darfur (Nyala city). In this research the researcher used a descriptive approach. The study sample size reached (200) male and female students (100) males and (100) from Females, and they were randomly selected from high school students in the southern and northern Nyala localities - Nyala city. To collect data, the researcher used the level of ambition scale prepared by (Amal Abdel-Lassen Baza, 2004) for the academic year (2019-2020). To process the information, the researcher used the statistical package for the social sciences through the (T) test, the correlation coefficient (Pearson), the correlation equation (Fakronbach), the mono test (Anova) for knowing the differences, and the (T) test for two independent samples. Among the most important findings of the study are: High level of integration of personality and ambition among secondary school students in the southern and northern localities of Nyala city. There is a statistically significant relationship between personality integrity and the level of ambition of high school students for males and females in Nyala south and north localities. There are statistically significant differences between males and females for high school students In South Darfur state There are statistically significant differences between high school students in the integration of personality due to the gender variable Based on the results of the aforementioned study, the researcher reached the following recommendations: Personality integration studies should be done as it is considered an important factor in the success of the educational process. Attention should be given to preparing counseling programs that help in developing personal integrity among secondary school students.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدف البحث إلى معرفة العلاقة بين تكامل الشخصية ومستوى الطموح لدى طلاب المدارس الثانوية بولايةجنوب دارفور (مدينة نيالا) وقد استخدم الباحث في هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي ، وقد بلغ حجم العينة الدراسة من (200) طالب وطالبة (100) الذكور و(100) من الإناث ،و تم اختيارهم بطريقة صدفية من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بمحليتي نيالا جنوب والشمال - مدينة نيالا. واستخدم الباحث لجمع البيانات مقياس مستوى الطموح الذي أعدته (أمل عبد اللاسم بازا ، 2004) ، للعام الدراسي (2019-2020). ولمعالجة المعلومات استخدم الباحث الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية عن طريق اختبار (T) ، ومعامل الارتباط (بيرسون) ومعادلة الارتباط (الفاكرونباخ) ، واختبار الاحادي (الانوفا) للمعرفة الفروق ، واختبار (T) لعينتين مستقلتين. ومن اهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة هي: ارتفاع مستوى تكامل الشخصية والطموح لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بمحليتي جنوب وشمال - مدينة نيالا. توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تكامل الشخصية ومستوى الطموح لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية عند الذكور والإناث بمحليتي نيالا جنوب و شمال. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث للطلاب المرحلة الثانوية بولاية جنوب دارفور ، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين طلاب المرحلة الثانوية في تكامل الشخصية تعزى لمتغير الجنس. بناءً على نتائج الدراسة المذكورة أعلاه توصل الباحث إلى التوصيات التالية : يجب إجراء دراسات حول تكامل الشخصية لأنها تعتبر عاملاً مهمًا في نجاح العملية التعليمية. يجب الاهتمام بإعداد برامج إرشادية تساعد على تنمية تكامل الشخصية بين طلاب المرحلة الثانوية .	en_US
