Abstract:
حملت هذه الدراسة اسم الخطابة عند الخوارج بدأت الدراسة بالتعريف بالخطابة في اللغة والاصطلاح ونشأتها من العصر الجاهلي حتى العصر الأموي، وأنواعها كما تناولت الحدود الزمانية والمكانية للعصر الأموي ومن ثم نشأة طائفة الخوارج متناولة السياق التاريخي والأحداث التي لازمت قيام تلك الطائفة كما شمل البحث أغراض ومضامين خطب الخوارج وقيمتها الفنية من أساليب رائعة وبناء متماسك للخطبة. لم تختلف الخطابة عند الخوارج عن الخطابة في العصر الإسلامي من حيث التأثر بالقرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية، وقد استحدث الخوارج أغراض خاصة بهم .
وتدرج البحث إلى الدراسة التطبيقية الفنية حيث تأثرت خطابة الخوارج بخطابة العصر الجاهلي في الأخذ بعلم البديع من سجع ومقابلة واقتباس

began by defining rhetoric in language, terminology and the emergence of rhetoric from the pre-Islamic era until the Umayyad era and its types. The technical aspects of Khariji rhetoric were filled with wonderful methods and a coherent structure of rhetoric, and it did not differ from rhetoric in the Islamic era from being influenced by the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet. The rhetoric of the Kharijites resembled the rhetoric of the pre-Islamic era in adopting the Badi knowledge of rhyme, interview and quotation, and it resembled the rhetoric of the Islamic era in construction, methods, and being influenced by the Holy Qur’an.
