Abstract:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز جدلية الانتحال في الشعر الجاهلي، مرتكزةً على آراء النقادُ القدامى والمحدثين، موازنة بين الغلو والاعتدال الذي صاحب تلك القضية.وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج كثير أهمها: أنَّ قضية النحل في الشعر قضية عامة لم يسلم منها عصر من العصور، وأنٌ النحل في الشعر الجاهلي قدرٌ معترفٌ به، إلا أنه ليس بالحجم الذي يلغي ذلك الشعر كله.مستخدمةً المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصي الدراسة بتناول تلك القضية بدراسات أشمل.

This study aims to highlight the dialectic of plagiarism in pre-Islamic poetry, based on the views of the old and modern critics, balancing the excesses and moderation that accompanied this issue. The conclusions of this study are that: The issue of Plagiarism in the poetry is a general issue, which is well recognized in the pre-Islamic poetry, but it is not the extent that eliminates that whole poetry.by using an analytical descriptive approach. The study recommends addressing this issue with broader studies.
