dc.description	The Study dealt with The Role of Information Technology in Administrative Decisions Making, a case study of Kenana Sugar Company for 2017. The Problem of the Study was to formulate the following main question: What is the role of information technology in Administrative decisions making? The study examined two hypotheses: The sources of information affect the decision making of the Kenana Sugar Company. The data processing method affects the management decisions of Kana Sugar Company. Based on the problem of the study and hypotheses developed was used descriptive method: to describe the phenomenon and its variants and the historical method: to consolidate the phenomenon of the subject of the study, and the previous studies. In addition to the method of inductive and deductive: which is relied upon by observing phenomena and collecting data to reach general principles and relationships. And using the statistical packages for social sciences (SPSS). Based on primary and Secondary Sources, Data and Information Related to the Subject of the study were collected. A sample of 145 employees was selected. The study reached a number of results, including: proof of the validity of the hypotheses established, and the company is working on reviewing previous Experiences in taking Administrative decisions. The study also reached a number of recommendations, including: Work on updating the electronic devices used in the work periodically when needed and up-to-date. The company should benefit from internal publications and publications in rationalizing its administrative decisions.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تناولت الدراسة تكنلوجيا المعلومات ودورها في اتخاذ القرارات الادارية، دراسة حالة شركة سكر كنانة للعام 2017م. حيث تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في صياغة السؤال الرئيسي التالي: ما دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في اتخاذ القرارات الادارية؟ حيث اختبرت الدراسة فرضيتين: تؤثر مصادر المعلومات على اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية بشركة سكر كنانة. يؤثر اسلوب معالجة البيانات على اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية بشركة سكر كنا. وبناءاً على مشكلة الدراسة والفرضيات الموضوعة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي: لوصف الظاهرة ومتغيراتها والمنهج التاريخي: لتأصيل الظاهرة موضوع الدراسة، وعرض الدراسات السابقة. اضافةً للمنهج الاستقرائي والاستنباطي: الذي يتم الاعتماد عليه من خلال ملاحظة الظواهر وجمع البيانات للتوصل إلى مبادئ عامة وعلاقات كلية. وباستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss. بالاعتماد على المصادر الاولية والثانوية تم جمع البيانات والمعلومات التي لها علاقة بموضوع الدراسة. وتم اختيار عينة ميسرة للعاملين والبالغ عددهم (145) فرداً...حيث توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج منها: اثبات صحة الفرضيات الموضوعة، وتعمل الشركة على مراجعة التجارب السابقة في اتخاذها للقرارات الإدارية. وتوصلت الدراسة كذلك لعدد من التوصيات منها: العمل على تحديث الاجهزة الالكترونية المستخدمة في العمل بشكل دوري عند الحاجة والمواكبة. وان تستفيد الشركة من المطبوعات والمنشورات الداخلية في ترشيد قراراتها الإدارية.	en_US
