Abstract:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف علي مدى قابلية إدارات جامعة الإمام المهدي للتحول نحو الإدارة الإلكترونية، وتحديد المعوقات التي تحول دون ذلك . وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مديري إدارات جامعة الإمام المهدي والبالغ عددهم تسعة وأربعين فرداً ومن ثم قام الباحثان باختيار العينة بالطريقة القصدية العمدية وهي تشكل نسبة 79.5%. من مجتمع الدراسة الكلي . استخدما فيها المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والإستبانة لجمع البيانات، و تمَ تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للدراسات الإجتماعية spss . وتوصلت الدراسة إلي عدة نتائج منها:
توفير البنية التحتية اللازمة من خلال تحديث الإدارات المختلفة ودعمها بأحدث ما توصلت إليه تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات للمساعدة في تقديم الخدمات الإدارية والتعليمية إلكترونياً.
Description:
The study aimed to identify to which extent Al-Imam Al-Mahdi University is capable of turning towards electronic management and identify the obstacles that prevent the transformation toward it. The study society consisted of the managers of the university’s administrations which they were forty nine person, then the researchers chose the sample through the deliberative approach that forms the percentage of 79.5/ out of the total society study.
* There is a positive indicator in the administration of Imam Al-Mahdi university to shift towards electronic management.
* There are obstacles that stand in the way of the transition to electronic administration most notably legislation, laws and regulations that facilitate the work of the electronic administration within various departments at the university.
