Abstract:
تناولت الدراسة دور الهندرة الادارية في التنظيم الاداري دراسة حالة شركة سكر كنانة – الموقع (2010م – 2021)، هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم دراسة منهجية تقيس الحجم الحقيقي للاهتمام بدور الهندرة الادارية في فعالية التنظيم الاداري، والتعرف علي الإطار العام للهندرة الادارية من حيث مفهومها، أهميتها، أهدافها والعوامل المؤثرة عليها بالإضافة لمكوناتها وعناصرها ومراحل تطورها ومعوقات تطبيقها، تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في استكشاف دور الهندرة الادارية في التنظيم الاداري، حيث افترضت الدراسة فرضية رئيسية مفادها وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الهندرة الادارية والتنظيم الاداري، وبناءاً على مشكلة الدراسة والفرضيات الموضوعة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والإستقرائي والتاريخي، وتم إستخدم إسلوب الحصر الشامل لمجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم (70) فرداً، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج عديدة ابرزها تشجع الشركة تقديم الخدمة بشكل أسرع، وتعمل الشركة علي إتمام المعاملات الإدارية والتسويقية في الوقت المناسب، وتساعد طريقة العمل بالشركة على سرعة تقديم الحلول للمشاكل التي تواجه رؤساء الأقسام ، كما أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من توصيات منها زيادة الاهتمام بتقليل الإجراءات المكتبية في معاملات الشركة الإدارية، وضرورة العمل علي تجنب الروتين الزائد بالمزيد من الحرية الادارية، وتعزيز الاعتماد على الملصقات الجدارية كآلية لمتابعة المعاملات.

The study dealt with the role of administrative reengineering in the administrative organization, a case study of the Kenana Sugar Company - the site (2010-2021) , its objectives and the factors affecting it in addition to its components, elements, stages of development and obstacles to its application, the study problem was to explore the role of administrative restructuring in administrative organization, where the study assumed a major hypothesis that there is a statistically significant relationship between administrative reengineering and administrative organization, and based on the study problem and the established hypotheses were used The descriptive analytical, inductive and historical approach, and the comprehensive inventory method was used for the study community of (70) individuals. The speed of providing solutions to the problems facing the heads of departments, and the study recommended a set of recommendations, including uniforms Emphasis on reducing office procedures in the company's administrative transactions, and the need to avoid red tape with more administrative freedom, and to promote reliance on wall posters as a mechanism to follow up on transactions.
