dc.description	This study, which was titled "Implementation role of Punishment in International Criminal Law", aims at implementing the penalty in international criminal law, which is considered a modern era compared to other laws, and defining the role of the International Criminal Court in implementing the penalties stipulated in the Basic Law. : What is the position of international criminal law on the responsibility of the individual internationally as a person of international law? , What sanctions are imposed on the international and the individual and what are the ways of implementing them? , And the researcher used the historical approach and the analytical approach, as a method of tracking the molecules of the subject, study the reality, and then analyze the results, and the most important findings: The rules of international humanitarian law, as a branch of public international law, The individual's ability to express his or her personal desire in the context of international humanitarian law is a subject of international protection and is the subject of the criminal issue. He can exercise all the procedural matters that he has been given the right to meet J, and the most important recommendations: the necessity of forming broad alliances of various civil society organizations and organizing events to urge the governments of states to ratify after the court became a reality that can not be ignored, training and qualification of lawyers and staff in the judicial and executive national relevant to the Statute of the Court and its methods executive and important institutions.	en_US
