dc.description	This research aims at identifying the efforts that the scholars of the Islamic Nation exert to describe medicine in Islam and to enlighten the reader that in Islam there are some matters Muslims Scholars agreed to according to the controls and limited conditions. The study also aims at explaining the valve of the medicines as a means for treatment and a cause for healing and the curer is Allah. The research includes the following axes: Introduction. The significance of research. Identifying the medicine in Sharia, medicine and medication rule. Proofs of medicine in Quran and Sunna and most important medication controls. Treatment of spiritual and physical diseases.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان جهود علماء الأمة الإسلامية في وصفهم الدقيق للدواء، وتبصير القارئ بأن التداوي في الإسلام من الأمور المسلّم بها والمتفق عليها بين فقهاء الأمة وفق ضوابط وشروط محددة، كما يهدف البحث أيضاً إلى بيان قيمة الأدوية وأنها وسيلة للعلاج وسبباً للشفاء، والشافي هو الله تعالى، ويشتمل البحث على المحاور الآتية: مقدمة أهمية البحث. تعريف الدواء في الشرع والطب وحكم التداوي. أدلة الدواء من الكتاب والسنة وأهم ضوابط التداوي. دواء الأمراض الروحية والعضوية.	en_US
