dc.description	This study aims at investigating the modern clues and their effects on proving the crime. The study includes reasons of choosing the topic, significance, aims and objectives, hypotheses, problems, limitation, This research consists of three sections: section one: the clues of blood and urine and Islamic laws(shareea),section two: the clues of blood and urine in Egyptian and foreign laws. Section three: the opinion of Sudanese law and judiciary of analysis of the blood urine evidence. Finally, the researcher found out the flowing results and recommendations: the evidence according to the clues has traits and objectively it helps in determine the personality of the guilty accurately specially the specific clues. The study suggests that the modern means of crime discovering should be confessed by, and they should be put in the form of text and legal articles that have clear indication، in forced and added to the other means and methods of evidence in Sudan law of evidence.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بحث القرائن الحديثة وأثرها في إثبات الجريمة واحتوت هذه الدراسة على مقدمة بدورها احتوت على أسباب وأهداف وأهمية الموضوع وحدود البحث ومشكلاته وفرضياته والمنهج المستخدم في كتابة البحث، كما احتوى البحث على ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول: حجية الدم و البول في الشريعة الإسلامية، والمبحث الثاني: حجية الدم والبول في القوانين الأجنبية والقانون المصري، والمبحث الثالث: موقف القضاء و القانون السوداني من دليل تحليل الدم و البول،. كما توصل الباحث في نهاية بحثه إلى أهم النتائج والتوصيات وعلى سبيل المثال لا الحصر من النتائج: الإثبات بالقرائن يحمل مزايا وخاصية الموضوعية إذ يمكن في تحديد شخصية الجاني بكل دقة وخاصة القرائن العلمية. ومن التوصيات: يجب أن يتم الاعتراف بوسائل الكشف الحديثة عن الجريمة وتكون في شكل نصوص ومواد قانونية واضحة الدلالة والاستفادة والعمل بها وإضافتها إلى وسائل وطرق الإثبات في قانون الإثبات السوداني	en_US
