Abstract:
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة التقدم التكنولوجي وتسليط الضوء على اثر التقدم التكنولوجي على النمو الاقتصادي، إضافة إلى دراسة كافة مجالات التكنولوجيا والمعوقات التي تواجه تطبيقها في السودان، إفترضت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التقدم التكنولوجي وتحقيق النمو الاقتصادي وان واردات السلع ذات التقنية الحديثة تعمل على زيادة معدل نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي عن طريق المربعات الصغرى العادية، توصلت الدراسة إلى صحة الفرضية أن واردات السلع التكنولوجية لها تأثير موجب على معدلات النمو الاقتصادي في السودان، مما يساهم بقدر كبير في تحسين مستوى المعيشة للمجتمع والمساهمة بشكل إيجابي على المتغيرات الاقتصادية الأخرى مما يزيد من فعالية الأنشطة الإنتاجية في السودان، وان واردات السلع التكنولوجية لها تأثير موجب على النمو الاقتصادي وهذا نتيجة للفعالية العالية التي يمكن أن يحدثها من خلال دخول الآلة للإنتاج، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطبيق سياسة واضحة وتتميز بالمرونة من اجل تسهيل ناقل التكنولوجيا والمعارف الإدارية والتنظيمية، كما أوصت بالتأهيل والابتكار والتدريب المستمر لرفع كفاءة العنصر البشري للاستفادة المثلى من استعمال التكنولوجيا

The studying aims to know ledge the technological improvement and shedding light on the impact of technological progress on economic growth, in adding to studying off all the terms of technology and obstacles which faces it in Sudan, the study assumed statistically significant relationship between technological improvement and achieving economic growth, and surly imports of modern technology works on Increasing of growth rate of the gross domestic product, use the descriptive analytical method by the least squares. The study concluded that the hypothesis is correct. imports of technological goods have a positive effect on economic growth rates in Sudan, which contributed a great deal on improving the living for the community, and contribute significantly to other economic variables which increases the effectiveness of productive activities in Sudan. And imports of technological goods have appositive effect of productive as a result of high effectiveness that can be happen when the machine inters production, The study concluded that aclearpolicy should be applied and is flexible in order to facilitate technology transporter and administrative and organizational knowledge. It also recommended rehabilitation and innovation and continuous training to raise the efficiency of human factor to optimization from using technology.
