dc.description	This research aims at studying the effect of overvaluation and facilitation of dowry in marriage contract. The importance of the research comes from the discussion of the phenomenon of youth reluctance to marry ، and tracing its causes and negative effects. The research followed the historical ، analytical and inductive method.It depend on observation and questionnaire in data collection.The results of this study concluded that ( 59%) of the samples confirm that the reluctance of youth to marry is due to overvaluation of dowry ، the high cost of marriage ، with the existence of statistically significant differences in favor of the urban people ( 36% ) versus ( 23% ) for the rural people.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يهدف هذا البحث لدراسة أثر المغالاة والتيسير في المهر على عقد الزواج، وتنبع أهمية البحث من مناقشته لظاهرة عزوف الشباب عن الزواج وتقصيه لأسبابها وآثارها السالبة، اتبع البحث المنهج التاريخي والتحليلي والاستقرائي، واعتمد في جمع المعلومات على الملاحظة والاستبيان. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن 59% من عينة البحث تؤكد عزوف الشباب عن الزواج بسبب المغالاة في المهر وارتفاع تكاليف الزواج، مع وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح المدينة 36% مقابل 23% في الريف.	en_US
