dc.description	Abstract This research deals with the legal status of the agricultural holdings acquired from the seizure in Sudan, an applied study for the Qafa Administrative Region, the Jazirah local, Rabak, in the White Nile State. This research has been divided into three chapters, investigations, demands and branches. It also aims to find solutions to the obstacles and problems of the tenure, especially the holdings of the Jazira Aba region acquired from the seizure of the Waqf region. The importance of this research stems from the fact that agricultural holdings in Sudan occupy large areas and most Sudanese practice the profession of agriculture and grazing. However, we find that agricultural tenure suffers from many From the obstacles and problems. One of the most important findings of the research is that agricultural possession is a manifestation of ownership if it has some conditions, such as being calm and continuous and has pillars of the ownership structure, and from the results also that possession is an actual power exercised by the individual himself or through others and the goal of that is to lay by hand or seize it . Among the most important recommendations reached by the researcher is the necessity of having administrative supervision over agricultural holdings, defining them geographically and measuring their areas.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تناول هذا البحث الوضع القانوني للحيازات الزراعية المكتسبة عن وضع اليد في السودان دراسة تطبيقية لمنطقة قفا إدارية الجزيرة محلية ربك بولاية النيل الأبيض وتم تقسيم هذا البحث الي ثلاثة فصول ومباحث ومطالب وفروع وهدف هذا البحث الي توضيح حقوق أصحاب الحيازات وما يتمتعون به من حماية قانونية وفقهية كما يهدف أيضا لإيجاد حلول لما يعتري الحيازة من معوقات واشكالات وخاصة حيازات منطقة الجزيرة أبا المكتسبة عن وضع اليد في اقليم قفا وتنبع أهمية هذا البحث من ان الحيازة الزراعية في السودان تشغل مساحات كبيرة ويزاول معظم السودانيون مهنة الزراعة والرعي وبالرغم من ذلك نجد ان الحيازة الزراعية تعتريها العديد من المعوقات والاشكالات . ومن اهم النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث بان الحيازة الزراعية مظهر من مظاهر الملكية اذا توافرة فيها بعض الشروط مثل ان تكون هادئة ومستمرة ولها ركائز بنية التملك ومن النتائج أيضا ان الحيازة سلطة فعلية يزاولها الفرد بنفسه او بواسطة غيره ويكون الهدف من ذلك وضع باليد او الاستيلاء عليها . ومن اهم التوصيات التي توصل اليها الباحث ضرورة وجود اشراف اداري علي الحيازات الزراعية وتحديدها جغرافيا وقياس مساحاتها .	en_US
