Abstract

This study is enitled “protected under the provisions of international humanitarian law and Islamic law the main objective of these studies is to identify these categories show them adequate protection during armed conflits.The importance of this study liens in increasing number of armed conflicts and direct impact on children and women ,which is the study problem that the researcher tried to address by identifying the capacity of the rules of international humanitarian law to provide the necessary protection for these groups and to develop solutions and proposals thereon. For the study, the Researcher followed the descriptive analytical method. In conclusion, the reached a number of results, the most important of which is that Islamic law has addressed this problem and provided adequate protection to these groups and is considered one of the sources of rules and provisions of international law the researcher also recommended a number commandments, the most important of which is the encouragement of dialogue.
