dc.description	This study touches the household garbage in Kosti town during (1996-2016) ,The aim of the study is to determine the causes behind the accumulation of the household garbage in Kosti town ,in addition to make solution for this ,also to know the tools and areas of deposing the household garbage in the study area.the study conducted many approaches include the descriptive ,the regional , and the statistical approaches which are great importance in realizing the hypothesis of the research , consequently having better results, the study adopted many tools of collecting data, include observation interview, questionnaires, office reports, previous researches ,and the internet. the simple random sample has been adopted when 3% of households from the whole blocks which represented 8471 has been chosen which give 254 household. The study adopted the statistical package for social science (SPSS) in analyzing the obtained data. The study explains some important results, including the way of collecting ,and disposal do not done in done in the comet, and the proper way in the study area, so this causes some diseases .the lack of the public environmental awareness causes the accumulation of garbage ,and the increase of its impacts in the study area, while 26.4% of respondents explained this, the deficit of abilities which reflects in the performance cause the accumulation of household garbage in the study area. where 58. 3% of respondents mentioned this the study recommended some recommendations ,including the public environmental awareness, which include the culture of decreasing the production of garbage ,and the deceasing of its health ,by providing aids of work tools, so the deficit of abilities will not be an obstacle in cleaning ,and disposal of garbage finally the adoption of tools of heating and disposal which do not cause environmental pollution, through the reuse ,and recycling, and composting.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تناولت هذه الدراسة مشكلة آثار النفايات المنزلية بمدينة كوستي للفترة من 1996 – 2016م، وتهدف هذه الدراسة لتحديد الأسباب التي أدت لتراكم النفايات المنزلية بمدينة كوستي مع وضع بعض الحلول لذلك، ومعرفة أساليب وأماكن التخلص من النفايات المنزلية بمنطقة الدراسة، اتبعت الدراسة العديد من مناهج البحث العلمي مثل المنهج الوصفي والإقليمي والإحصائي، لما لهذه المناهج من أهمية في التحقق من فروض الدراسة والخروج بنتائج جيدة، اعتمدت الدراسة على العديد من وسائل جمع المعلومات كالملاحظة والمقابلة والاستبانة والتقارير المكتبية والبحوث السابقة وعلى المصادر الحديثة كالانترنت، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة عن طريق العينة العشوائية البسيطة وتم تحديد 3% من أسر الأحياء المختارة (8471) ليصبح حجم العينة 254 أسرة وقد استخدمت الدراسة برنامج الحزم الإحصائية لتحليل العلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل المعلومات التي تم الحصول عليها، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة إن عملية إدارة النفايات من جمع ونقل وتخلص لا تتم بصورة سليمة وصحيحة بمنطقة الدراسة، انعدام التوعية البيئية أدي إلى تراكم النفايات وزيادة آثارها بمنطقة الدراسة، كما أوضح حوالي 26.4% من المبحوثين بانعدام الوعي البيئي، قصور واضح في الإمكانيات المتاحة مما انعكس سلباً على الأداء الأمر الذي أدي إلى تراكم النفايات، المنزلية بمنطقة الدراسة حيث أوضح ذلك حوالي 58.3% من المبحوثين، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة نشر الوعي البيئي ويتضمن نشر ثقافة الحد من إنتاج النفايات والتقليل من أخطارها الصحية والبيئية وذلك بالتنسيق بين وزارات الصحة، التربية والتعليم، الإعلام، دعم الجهات المختصة والعاملة في مجال النظافة وإصحاح البيئة بتوفير معينات العمل حتى لا يكون نقص الإمكانيات عقبة أمام عملية النظافة العامة والتخلص من النفايات المنزلية، وأخيراً استخدام طرق المعالجة والتخلص بطرق لا تسبب التلوث البيئي عن طريق إعادة الاستخدام وإعادة التدوير والتسميد.	en_US
