Abstract:

تناول البحث أثر نظم المعلومات المحاسبية في ترشيد إتخاذ القرارات الإدارية، تمثلت مشكلة البحث في أن كثير من المنشآت الصناعية لا تهتم بنظام المعلومات المحاسبية رغم الحجم الكبير من البيانات المالية وشدة المنافسة مما يؤدي الي عدم قدرة المنشآت الصناعية على توفير بيانات مالية ذات جودة عالية وفورية تمكنها من اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية، نبعت أهمية البحث من أهمية القطاع الصناعي من خلال الدور الذي يلعبه في التنمية الاقتصادية التي تنعكس على رفاهية الشعب ومن أهمية نظم المعلومات المحاسبية التي تقوم بمعالجة البيانات المالية المدخلة من واقع المستندات لتخرجها معلومات محاسبية أكثر دقة وفورية تنعكس علي فعالية وكفاءة القرارات الإدارية لكافة المستخدمين، وهدف البحث إلى دراسة الأساس النظري والفكري لنظم المعلومات المحاسبية وإرتباطها بتطوير وترشيد الاداء الإداري ورسم السياسات، والتركيز علي أهمية نظم المعلومات المحاسبية ودورها الفعال في سرعة عملية إتخاذ القرارات الادارية، والتعرف علي مدى إعتماد الإدارة على نظم المعلومات المحاسبية في عملية صنع القرار، إفترض البحث الفرضيات التالية توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نظم المعلومات المحاسبية وجودة ترشيد إتخاذ القرارات الإدارية، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نظم المعلومات المحاسبية وتطوير الأداء الإداري في ترشيد إتخاذ القرارات الإدارية، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نظم المعلومات المحاسبية وفعالية التخطيط والرقابة في ترشيد اتخاذ القرارات الادارية، إعتمد البحث المنهج التاريخى لتتبع الدراسات السابقة، والمنهج الاستنباطى لتحديد محاور البحث ووضع الفرضيات، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي بإستخدام دراسة الحالة لمعرفة تطبيق نظام المعلومات المحاسبية وأثره في ترشيد القرارات الادارية، والمنهج الاستقرائى لتحديد مدي صحة الفرضيات، توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها أستخدام نظام المعلومات المحاسبية يؤدي إلي تخفيض درجة المخاطرة في عملية إتخاذ القرار الإداري، ويجعل القرار الإداري أكثر ملائمة ومقبول إلي كافة الجهات ذات العلاقة، يساعد نظام المعلومات المحاسبية في التوقيت السليم للقرار الإداري، ويخفض التكلفة في ترشيد إتخاذ القرار الإداري ويجعله أكثر إقتصادية، ويساهم في مرونة عملية إتخاذ القرار الإداري، خلص البحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات منها العمل على الاهتمام بتطوير نظام المعلومات المحاسبية حتي يصبح قادر على تخفيض درجة المخاطر والتكلفة الإقتصادية في عملية إتخاذ القرار الإداري، وجعل القرار الإداري أكثر ملائمة ومقبول إلي كافة الجهات ذات العلاقة، ضرورة الإعتماد على نظام المعلومات المحاسبية في التحديد الدقيق للمشكلات التي تواجهها الإدارة ووضع البدائل المقترحة لمعالجتها، وفي تحسين وتقييم أداء المستويات الإدارية المختلفة بشركة سكر كنانة المحدودة.

The impact of accounting information systems on rationalizing management decisions, the problem of research is that many enterprises do not care about the accounting information system despite the large volume of data and the intensity of competition resulting in the inability of enterprises to provide high-quality and immediate financial data that would enable of decision-making, it was important for the industrial sector to play a role in the economic development that was reflected in welfare the importance of information systems that process financial data input from documents to graduate information Accuracy and immediacy is reflected in the effectiveness and efficiency of decisions, and the objective of research is to examine the theoretical and intellectual basis of accounting information systems and their links to development and rationalization of management performance and policy-making, focusing on the importance of accounting information systems and their effective role in the speed of the decision-making process, and to recognize the extent to which the administration has relied on accounting information systems in the decision-making process, I presume that the following hypotheses are considered to be a statistically significant relationship between accounting information systems and the quality of management decision-making, there is a statistically significant relationship between accounting information systems and the development of management performance In rationalizing administrative decision-making, there is a statistically significant relationship between accounting information systems and the effectiveness of planning and oversight in rationalizing management decision-making, the research has adopted the historical curriculum for tracking past studies, the curriculum for determining the axes of research and hypothesis-setting, and the approach analytical descriptive using the case study to see the application of the accounting information system and its impact on the rationalization of decisions, and the inductive approach to determine the validity of hypotheses, finding results, including the use of the accounting information system, reduces the risk of decision-making and makes the decision more appropriate and acceptable To all relevant actors, the accounting information system helps in a timely manner and reduces the cost of rationalizing decision making more economical, and contributes to the flexibility of the decision-making process, the research concluded with a set of recommendations, including work on the development of the information System accounting to be able to reduce the degree of risk and economic cost in the decision-making process, making the decision more appropriate and acceptable to all relevant actors, the need to rely on the accounting information system to accurately identify problems faced by management and to develop alternatives Proposed to be addressed, and to improve and evaluate the performance of different management levels in Kanan Sugar Co.
