dc.description	Through this research we tried to explain the concept of the health profession- als and show its importance in society in general through the help of the men of law and his attempt to solve the problems of individuals we found that the doctor foren- sic active role as an adjunct to spend through its technical expertise when its come to problem of medical legal. Doctor legitimate permission from among the experts the most dealing with a man of the judiciary and this requires full coordination between them because the work of each complementary to that of the other doctor expert looking for corner physical crime and tries to be proved through the preview of the crime scene or examined the body off the victim This research contains four chapters and introduction: Firest chapter: About the definitions of doctor forensic and its historical progress that distinguished it between other evedents . Second chapter : About the importance of doctor forensic and its relation with justic Third chapter : The role of doctor forensic in criminal searching and the discovered in both criminals kill and criminal abortion . Fourth chapter : The doctor forensic and its role in proving the crimes Sudan law . And concludedto several result and recommendations . The important result that :- 1/ The doctor forensic remove the embiguents for justice through the update techniques . 2/ The doctor forensic proved the crimes that related with kill criminal abortion and sexual criminal . 3/ The doctor forensic discovered the identity of unknowns that caused by sank ,burnig and wars . 4/ Throgh the use of physicians immigrants in order to obtain forensic evidence.The important recommendations :- 1/ Accredit to doctor forensic as specialize in the national counsil for medical spec- ializes 2/ Make corprations for doctor forensic and principle that arranges the job of medi -cine . 3/ Make training courcesand arrange the scientific conference for the lawers that joined the doctors legamate to negusates things that concerned the member s each in its spcialize .	en_US
dc.description.abstract	من خلال هذا البحث حاولت أن أوضح مفهوم إختصاص الطب الشرعى ، وبيان أهميته للمجتمع بصفة عامة ، من خلال مساعدته لرجال القانون وحل مشـاكل الأفراد ، فوجـدنا ان الطب الشرعى له دور فعال كمساعد للقضاء من خلال ما يقدمه من خبره فنية كلما تعلق الأمر بمشكل طبى قانونى . فالطبيب الشرعى من بين الخبراء الأكثر تعاملاً مع رجال القضاء ، وهذا يتطلب التنسيق الكامل بينهما ، لأن عمل كل منهما مكمل لعمل الآخـر ، فالـطبيب الخبير يبحث عن الركن المادى للجرائم ويحاول إثباته من خلال معاينته لمسرح الجريمة أو فحصه لجسم الضحية، ويحتوي هذا البحث على أربعة فصول ومقدمة الفصل الأول:تحدث عن تعريف الطب الشرعى وتميزه عن غيره من الأدلة وتطوره التاريخى. الفصل الثانى: بحثت فيه أهمية الطب الشرعى وعلاقته بالقضاء. الفصل الثالث: بحثت فيه دور الطب الشرعى فى البحث الجنائى والكشف عن جريمتى القتل والإجهاض وإقامة الدليل والحجة عليهما. الفصل الرابع: تحدثت عن الطب الشرعى ودوره فى إثبات الجريمة فى القانون السودانى. وتوصلت إلى عدة نتائج وتوصيات ، ومن أهم النتائج :ـ 1/ الطب الشرعى يزيل اللبس لدى القضاة من خلال التقنيات الحديثة. 2/يقوم الطب الشرعىيقوم بإثبات الجرائم المتعلقة بالقتل والإجهاض الجنائى والجرائم الجنسية. 3/ الطب الشرعى يكشف هوية المجهولين بسبب الغرق والحريق والحروبات. 4/ الإستعانة بالأطباء الشرعيين للحصول على الأدلة الطبية. ومن أهم التوصيات: 1/ إجازة الطب الشرعى كتخصص بالمجلس القومى للتخصصات الطبية. 2/ انشاء هيئات للطب الشرعى وسن القوانين لتنظيم مهنة الطب الشرعى بالسودان. 3/ إقامة دورات تدريبية وتنظيم مؤتمرات علمية للمحامين تضم الأطباء الشرعيين لمناقشة الأمور التى تهم الأعضاء كل فى تخصصة.	en_US
