dc.description	ABSTRACT The study aims to plan for introducing information technology to the libraries of Alimam Almahdi muniversity and develobing the information and beneficiaries services through the knowledge of the current situation in the libraries and under standing both human and financial abilities wich required to introduce technology after that trying to know the importance of introducing this technology to the libraries (sample of the study) The researcher used the historical method and the descriptive analytical approach to present his study also he used the statistical approach to measure the varieties of the aspects of the research. The researcher also used the questionnaire as a tool to collect his data and the information's surveying . In addition to the meeting to support the questionnaire and be clear cut . The most important results of the research are that the Libraries of Alimam Almahdi university are not capable of being university libraries because there is alack of equipments and this libraries follow the traditional methods to serve the beneficiaries and this leads to time consuming in addition to that there is no central library in Alamam Almahdi university and there is no financial support and this leads to the declination .finally there is alack of training and qualification of the employees. The most important recommendations begin with the necessity of giving enough financial support and the buildings must equipped by light conditions and furniture .there must be central library and the libraries must equipped by means of communication beside the training of the employees of the libraries . At last rules and regulations should be stated to be followed by students of Alimam Almahdi university .	en_US
dc.description.abstract	المستخلص باللغة العربية الهدف من هذا البحث هو التخطيط لإدخال تقنية المعلومات بولاية النيل الابيض وتطوير خدمات المعلومات وخدمات المستفيدين وذلك عن طريق التعرف على الوضع الراهن لمكتبات الجامعة والتعرف على الامكانات البشرية والمادية اللازمة لإدخال التقنية ثم محاولة معرفة مدى اهمية ادخال تلك التقنية بمكتبات الجامعة . استخدم الباحث المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي للعينات والمنهج الإحصائي لمتغيرات ظواهر البحث كما تم استخدام الاستبانة كاداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات المسحية اضافة الى اداة المقابلة تعضيدا للاستبانة وسدا للثغرات . من اهم النتائج التي خرج بها البحث ان مكتبات جامعة الامام المهدى غير مهيأة ان تكون مكتبات جامعية كما انها تتسم بنقص المعدات كما ان النمط السائد بها هو التقليدي في خدمة الاوعية والمستفيدين مما يهدر الوقت والجهد والمال كما لا توجد بها مكتبة مركزية ولا ميزانية منفصلة مما جعلها دون المستوى المطلوب كم بها نقص في القوى العاملة من حيث التأهيل والتدريب . ومن اهم التوصيات ضرورة قيام الجهات المعنية بتوفير الاموال والاعتمادات اللازمة والنظرة الخاصة للمباني من حيث الاضاءة والتهوية والمعدات والاثاثات وضرورة انشاء مكتبة مركزية وادخال وسائل التقنية الحديثة واجهزة الاتصال وضرورة تخصيص ميزانية منفصلة وضرورة تأهيل وتدريب القوى العاملة مع وضع اللوائح والاسس التي تضبط العمل بمكتبات جامعة الامام المهدى .	en_US
