dc.description	Abstract The banking industry has recently experienced significant progress in the field to allow bank customers to conduct banking transactions through electronic communication networks is expected that these operations are spread widely in the coming period, especially in light of the continuing evolution in the field of banking technology, as the world witnessed the issuance of the means of payment of electronic money Electronic Money as a means of settlement of transactions among the different parties. Given the attendant conduct electronic banking operations and the issuance of the means of payment of electronic money from multiple hazards not limited only to the traditional risks, it was necessary to lay the foundations for the management of Prudential to these risks and accurate identification of the responsibilities of the various relevant authorities and what entails it from obtaining a license from the Central Bank and transmit data necessary and in the manner set out these controls	en_US
dc.description.abstract	مستخلص البحث شهدت الصناعة المصرفية فى الآونة الَاخيرة تقدما ملموسا فى مجال السماح لعملاء البنكؾ بإجراء العمميات المصرفية مف خلاؿ شبكات الإتصاؿ الالكتركنية كمف المتكقع أف تنتشر ىذه العمميات بشكؿ كاسع فى الفترة المقبمة خاصة فى ظؿ التطكر المستمر فى مجاؿ التقنية المصرفية، كما شيد العالـ إصدار كسائؿ دفع لنقكد الكتركنية ElectronicMoneyككسيمة لتسكية المعاملات فيما بيف مختمؼ الَطراؼ،كنظ انر لما يصاحب إجراء العمميات المصرفية الإلكتركنية كاصدار كسائؿ دفع النقكد الكتركنية مف مخاطر متعددة لاتقتصر فقط عمى المخاطر التقميدية، فإف الَمر يستمزـ كضع الَسس للإدارة الحصيفة ليذه المخاطر كالتحديد الدقيؽ لمسئكليات مختمؼ الجيات ذات العلاقة بيا كما يستمزمو ذلؾ مف الحصكؿ عمى ترخيص مف البنؾ المركزل كمكافاتو بالبيانات اللازمة كذلؾ عمى النحك الكارد بيذه الضكابط، كتكصمت الى عدة نتائج كتكصيات	en_US
