Abstract:
يهدف هذا البحث الي بيان أهمية الشركات الاموال كمشاريع عملاقة التى تخدم الاقتصاد على المستوى الداخلي أو الدولي فلذا تحتاج لتقنين منظم لها ،و تقوم الشركات الاموال بأعمال تجارية من خلال مرونتها في تكوينها ، تكمن اهمية الموضوع في أن الظروف التي أدت إلى ظهور مجموعة الشركات الاموال، سواء على المستوى الداخلي أو الدولي في مطلع النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين هي أن هذه المرحلة تشكل نقطة تحول في تطور الاقتصاد العالمي في ظل نظام ما يسمى بالاقتصاد الحر، اتتبع الباحث المنهج العلمى الوثائقى المتكامل والمنهج الاستنباطي حيث يتم عرض المادة وما تقتضيه خطة البحث وتعريفاتها ثم يتم الوصف التحليلى، تكمن مشكلة البحث في هي هل هناك دور الشركات الاموال في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية؟ ومن نتائج البحث، بالرغم من مساهمة شركات الاموال في التنمية الاقتصادية الا انه يمكن أن تساهم الاستثمارات المباشرة. من التوصيات ضرورة إجراء التعديلات المطلوبة على قانون الشركات وإزالة العوائق التي يمثلها القانون الحالي .

And their definitions, then the analytical description is done. The problem of the research lies in saying: Is there a role for money companies in achieving economic development? From the results of the research, despite the contribution of money companies to economic development, direct investments can contribute. Among the recommendations is the necessity of making the required amendments to the Companies Law and removing the obstacles represented by the current law.
