Abstract:
هدف البحث إلى قياس أثر السياسة النقدية على النشاط الاقتصادي في السودان خلال الفترة (1960م-2016م). تمثلت فرضيات البحث في وجود علاقة طردية بين عرض النقود كأحد الأهداف المحددة للسياسة النقدية والناتج المحلي الإجمالي ، وجود علاقة طردية بين سعر صرف الدولار الأمريكي مقابل الجنيه السوداني والناتج المحلي الإجمالي. باستخدم المنهج التحليل القياسي وتحديد طريقة المربعات الصغرى العادية OLS ومن خلال تطبيق برنامج Eviewsعلى البيانات الكمية لمتغيرات النموذج المجمعة من المصادر الثانوية ، توصل البحث إلى النتيجة المهمة التالية: أن العلاقة بين عرض النقود وسعر صرف الدولار الأمريكي مقابل الجنيه السوداني والناتج المحلي الإجمالي خلال فترة البحث جعلت السياسة النقدية غير فعالة. ومن أهم التوصيات التي توصل إليها البحث هي ضرورة الاهتمام بزيادة معدلات نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي من خلال إصلاحات اقتصادية تستهدف زيادة الإنتاجية وتشجيع المنتجين لتحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي.

The main researchobjective was to estimate the impact of monetary policy on economic activity in the Sudan during the period 1960 - 2016. The hypotheses were that there is positive relationship between money supply as one of specific targets of monetary policy and the GDP as well as there is positive relationship between the US dollar exchange rate in Sudanese pounds and the GDP. Using the econometric analysis method namely, the OLS method. Through applying Eviews Computer program to the quantitative data of the model variables that collected from secondary sources, the research has reached the following important conclusion: That the relationship between money supply and the exchange rate of the US dollar against the Sudanese pound in one hand and the GDP during the research period made monetary policy ineffective. One of the most important recommendations of the research was the need to pay attention to increase GDP growth rates through economic reforms aimed at increasing productivity and encouraging producers to achieve economic stability.
