Abstract:
علي الرغم من الاحتياطات التي تتبع في مراكز الغسيل الكلوي للحد من مضاعفات الغسيل تبفي الانيمياء مشكلة كبري واحد اهم اسباب تدهور صحة هؤلاء المرضي مما يذيد من معدل الوفيات وسطهم ومن المحتمل انها السبب الرئيسي في حدوث فقر الدم النانج من نقص الحديد
الهدف
اجريت هذه الدراسة لتقيم مستوي الحديد في الدم بقياس الفرتین والترانسفيرين والبرتين الكلي المرتبط بالحيد في مصل مرضي الفشل الكلوي في بمركز عباس ابراهيم محمد للغسيل الكلوي الاساليب
اجريت هذه الدراسة في السودان بولاية النيل الابيض مدينة كوستي علي مرضي الفشل الكلوي بمركز عباس ابراهيم محمد للغسيل الكلوي في الفترة في يناير 2019 المشاركين في هذه الدراسة مثل الذكور منهم %76.93 اما الاناث فشكلت 23.07% من العينة المختارة
النتائج
متوسط مستويات الفريتين الترانسفيرين والبروتين الكلي الرتبط بالحديد في المصل اظهرت قيما احتمالي كلها تعادل ((0.001 ايضا اظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود علاقة بين هذه المستويات والجنس
الخاتمة
معدل الفريتين والبروتين الكلي المرتبط بالحديد والترانسفيرين في تذايد في هؤلاء المرضي وتظهر الذيادة بوضوح مع طول فترة الغسيل
Description:
Objectives: the aims of this study was to evaluate serum levels of ferritin and transferrin and total iron binding capacity among end stage renal disease patients.
Methods: The study is a cross- sectional study conducted Kosti city, White Nile State in Sudan, in January 2019. Cases represented by Fifty two Diagnosed (ESRD) patients were involved in this study, 12 were male and 40 were female all of them older than 17 years another closely matched fifty two healthy taken as control. (Hemoglobin, Total iron binding capacity, Ferritin, Transferrin,) were estimated.
Result: the results show significant reduction in the level of Ferritin, Transferrin and Total iron binding capacity compared with reference value. There is no correlation between parameters on side , weight, age and sex on other side.
Conclusion: Total iron binding capacity, Serum ferritin and transferrin hemoglobin were significantly decreased. That means anemia and iron deficiency are common in patients with end stage renal disease at Abass Ibrahim center for dialysis despite the current therapeutic measures.
