Abstract:
هدف البحث الموسوم بعنوان آثار الجريمة الجنائية الدولية على الأمن والسلم الدوليين ، إلى التعرف على آثار الجريمة الدولية في القانون الدولي الجنائي ، و التعرف على مفهوم الجريمة الدولية وآثارها في القانون الدولي الجنائي ، و التعرف على أركان وخصائص ونطاق الجريمة الدولية في القانون الدولي الجنائي . وتتمثل مشكلة البحث في الإجابة على عدد من التساؤلات منها ، ما هي أركان الجريمة الجنائية الدولية في القانون الدولي الجنائي ؟ ، ما الآثار المترتبة على ارتكاب الجريمة الجنائية الدولية وموقف القانون الدولي الجنائي منها ؟. تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي والمنهج التاريخي الوثائقي .
من أهم نتائج البحث ، المحكمة الجنائية الدولية هي الآلية الوحيدة التي أنشئت من أجل أن تبلور الجهود الدولية المضنية، لإقرار نظام دولي جنائي عالمي يحظى بالقبول لدى الجماعة الدولية ، يقتصر الإختصاص الشخصي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية على محاكمة الأشخاص الطبيعيين، وبذلك فيخرج عن ولايتها الأشخاص الإعتبارية. ومن أهم التوصيات ،وضع التعاون الدولي لمكافحة الجرائم الدولية هدفا أسمى وأرقى عن تحقيق مصالح شخصية للدول ، أهمية النهوض بالقانون الدولي الإنساني والقانون الدولي الجنائي، والعمل على إلزاميتهما.

The research which entitled International crime effects on international security and peace aimed to recognize international crime impacts on international criminal law , recognize the international crime concepts and effects on international criminal law , recognize international crime range , elements and properties in international criminal law. The research problem presented in the following questions, what is the international criminal crime elements in international criminal law ? , what are the effects of international criminal crime and what is perspective of international criminal law of it ? . The research followed the historical documentation method and descriptive analytical method .
The most important finding of the study that , international criminal court is the main mechanism created to impose an international criminal system with global approval , personal specialty for international criminal court is specified for incriminating real persons .
. The most important recommendations are , placing an international collaboration to fight international crimes as a higher purpose , importance of developing international human law and international criminal law and obligating their application .
