dc.description	This research was titled the impact of psychological and Neurological Diseases on criminal case procedure where it aims to explain the disturbances that affect the criminal case procedures and criminal responsibility and the reason for choosing the topic was the recent high crime rate of people with mental or psychological disabilities and the research problem is the impact of these diseases on the lawsuit procedures from investigation to trial and imposition of punishment and in writing this research ,I will follow the analytical descriptive approach ,the documentary retrieval ,and the historical approach and one of the most important results was that mental and neurological illness is one for stopping the criminal case and mitigating or exempting from punishment among the recommend dations the legislator should define special procedures for the courts of people with mental or neurological diseases	en_US
dc.description.abstract	جاء هذا البحث بعنوان ،أثر الأمراض النفسية والعصبية على إجراءات الدعوى الجنائية ، حيث يهدف إلى بيان الإضطرابات التى تؤثر في إجراءات الدعوى الجنائية والمسؤولية الجنائية وكان سبب إختياري للموضوع إرتفاع معدل الجرائم في الآونة الأخيرة من المرضى المصابين بعاهات أو إضطرابات نفسية أو عصبية ، وتتمثل مشكلة البحث في أثر تلك الأمراض على إجراءات الدعوى من التحرى الى المحاكمة وتوقيع العقوبة ، وسوف إتبع في كتابة هذا البحث المنهج التحليلي الوصفي والإستردادي الوثائقي والمنهج التاريخي، وكانت أهم النتائج أن المرض النفسي والعصبي سبب من أسباب وقف الدعوى الجنائية وتخفيف أو الإعفاء من العقوبة ، ومن أهم التوصيات ، على المشرع تحديد إجراءات خاصة لمحاكمة المصابين بأمراض نفسية أو عصبية	en_US
