dc.description.abstract	ملخص البحث أجرى هـذا البحث كبحـث تكميلي لنيل درجة الماجـستير فـي القانون العام بعنوان: النزاعـات الافريقية المسلـحة وتداعياتها والخروج من الازمة ، والتي اشتملت على أن النزاعــات هـي ام الكـوارث البشـرية والاقتصادية لأنها تخـلف العديد مـن الكوارث واشتملت ايضاً علـى الحـرب الاهـلية فــي كثير مـن الدول الافـريقية وكأطـول حـرب شهـدتها القارة السمراء ،مخلفاً ورائها العديد من الاثار، مـع تسليط الضوء على الاثار الاجـتماعية كأقـوى الاَثار واعمقها والتي لا يفلـح الدعم المادي فـي حلها ، وقـد استُخدم المنهج التاريخي الوصفي التحليلي في دراسة نزاعات إفريقيا .	en_US
