This dealt with the researcher in this technical study and recent developments and their important on professional development for staff libraries of the Universities of Imam Mahdi, and Bakht ELrda stand on the current status of these libraries and staff and find out Maitovr has some of the techniues and not available when others are and what are the reasons for this, to work on treatment for the introduction of Altaatqanyat in the light of technical progress day after day in the world of libraries, as measured by the evolution of the library and the development of its employees, including boasts of its techniues in addition to training and rehabilitation received by employees, where extraordinary that the existence of techniques without training, rehabilitation and follow-up to recent developments diminish the importance of technical and that simplify and facilitate access and retrieval of information with minimal effort and time, and reached several conclusions and recommendations of the need to introduce the technology to libraries, training and qualificationofemployees in libraries to thelatesttechnologies.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	عنوان الرسالة:تقنية المعلومات وأثرها علي التنمية المهنية للعاملين بمكتبات جامعتي الإمام المهدي وبخت الرضا. إعداد الطالبة : مشاعر محمد حماد أرباب المشرف: د.عمر محمد أحمد علي الجامعة:الإمام المهدي الكلية: الآداب القسم: المكتبات والمعلومات الدرجة:-ماجستير العام:2011م نحن نعيش في عالم التقنية التي أثرت تأثيراً واضحاً في حياتنا العلمية والعملية ، فقد أحدثت التقنيات تحولات جذرية في وسائل حفظ المعلومات ومعالجتها واسترجاعها وفي الوسائط التي تنقلها ، وهذه المستجدات أدت إلي تحول مهني كبير في قطاع المعلومات وخاصة في عمل المكتبي مما شكل له اختصاصات جديدة. لهذا تناولت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة التقنية والتطورات الحديثة وتأثيرها علي التنمية المهنية للعاملين بمكتبات جامعتي الإمام المهدي ، وبخت الرضا بالوقوف علي الوضع الراهن لهذه المكتبات والعاملين ومعرفة مايتوفر عند بعضها من تقنيات وعدم توفرها عند البعض الآخر و ماهي أسباب ذلك ، للعمل علي معالجتها من أجل إدخال التقنيات بها في ظل التقدم التقني يوم بعد يوم في عالم المكتبات ، حيث يقاس تطور المكتبة وتنمية العاملين فيه بما تذخر به من تقنيات بالإضافة إلي التدريب والتأهيل الذي يتلقاه العاملين بها،خبث أن وجود تقنيات دون تدريب وتأهيل ومتابعة للتطورات الحديثة يقلل من أهمية وجود التقنية و التي تبسط وتسهل من الوصول للمعلومات واسترجاعها بأقل جهد ووقت ،وتوصلت إلي عدة نتائج وتوصيات بضرورة إدخال التقنية إلي المكتبات وتدريب وتأهيل العاملين في المكتبات علي أحدث التقنيات.	en_US
