dc.description	The aim of this research, which is titled: (Legal Protection of Public Information and Secrets) to explain what public information is and its importance, and how legal protection of commercial and industrial secrets and information, and the identification of job secrets and some cases of professional and marital secrets and the prohibition of disclosure, the importance of the topic lies in defining the concept of protection of information and secrets is important The country where standards must be established through its identification and its legal system, despite the legislative deficiencies around it, but it is an urgent and extremely important issue, and the case to protect information and secrets is a duty of the state, followed in this research W The historical documentary approach with reference to the references related to the subject matter of the research, then the descriptive analytical approach to explain the article accurately, and examined the research through three chapters of the first chapter what information and secrets and their characteristics and importance and conditions, and the second chapter legal protection of trade and industrial secrets and information, third chapter: protection Secrets, public and private information, are among the most important results that I have obtained: The means of disclosure are numerous and evolving according to the progress that exists in the world in all fields and we say that commitment to confidentiality and not disclosing secrets and public information and preserving it and the nation Referring to the establishment leads to the stability of a decent life, and as we recommend an obligation of confidentiality and not divulging secrets, public information, preservation and abstention, the trustee is considered an enforcer of his commitment as long as he refrains from disclosing it, so if he discloses it, it is considered a violation of his commitment	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدف هذا البحث والذي هو بعنوان: (الحماية القانونية للمعلومات العامة والاسرار) إلى بيان ماهية المعلومات العامة واهميتها، وكيفية الحماية القانونية للأسرار والمعلومات التجارية والصناعية، وتحديد الأسرار الوظيفية وبعض حالات الأسرار المهنية والزوجية وحظر الإفشاء، تكمن اهمية الموضوع في تحديد مفهوم الحماية للمعلومات والاسرار مهمة الدولة حيث يجب وضع لها معايير من خلال التعرف عليها ولنظامها القانوني بالرغم من وجود النواقص التشريعية حولها الا أنها مسألة ملحة وفي غاية الأهمية وأن الدعوى لحماية المعلومات والاسرار واجبة على عاتق الدولة، اتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج التاريخي الوثائقي بالرجوع الي المراجع المتعلقة بالمادة موضوع البحث، ثم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في شرح المادة شرحاً دقيقا، وتناولت البحث من خلال ثلاثة فصول الفصل الاول ماهية معلومات والاسرار وخصائصها وأهميتها وشروطها، والفصل الثاني حماية القانونية لأسرار والمعلومات التجارية والصناعية، الفصل الثالث :حماية الاسرار والمعلومات العامة والخاصة، من أهم النتائج التى توصلت إليها: وسائل الافشاء تتعدد وتتطور تبعاً للتطول الحاصل في العالم في جميع المجالات ونقول أن الإلتزام بالسرية وعدم إفشاء الأسرار والمعلومات العامة والمحافظة عليه والإمتناع عن الإفشاء يؤدى الى استقرار الحياة الكريمة، وكما نوصي بالإلتزام بالسرية وعدم إفشاء الاسرار والمعلومات العامة والحفظ والامتناع يعد المؤتمن على السر منفذاً لالتزامه ما دام ممتنعاً عن افشائه فاذا افشاه اعتبر مخلاً بالتزامه.	en_US
